I am a 28 y/o 5”11 caucasian male and currently on clonazepam for panic disorder and was on paxil and lamictal for a while but im done with psych and would rather not feel like a zombie anymore. I also was in the service and got really bad crohns disease that finally went into remission with entyvio since and I have been taking that for roughly 3 years now.
I started feeling unbelievably tired and bed ridden sleep 24/7 back in November roughly. That went on until january where I started to just kind of feel not right and I just can’t explain it but I knew I felt unwell. Beginning of feb I rapidly started losing weight (204lb 5”11 male down to 168 now) and well all of these symptoms started hitting HARD and RAPIDLY.
Nosebleeds randomly…although this last two weeks barely any.
Short breath to point of almost like fainting and gasping even just standing for too long for 2 months and got worse and i cant even shower i have to use a bath or ill fall out. I have also noticed oddly the past few days though my breath has gotten alot better.
Losing muscle more than fat (cut me a break lol)
Severe bone aches core deep and my spine feels the worst, started 5 days back 10/10 and refused opioids…(previous nightmare getting off oxy 30 only 3 months after broken arm) no thanks…gave me soma..pretty awesome and helping but refuse to use more than two weeks due to potential addiction as well. What would be the best pain relief thats not going to make me fall into the pits of hell again? Three days of even oxy sent me spiraling. Morphine seems to be a bit easier on me. Obviously if I am aware at some point that i am coming to a end i will probaly just take it
Severe Weak fatigue 3 months (one of first symptoms)
Numbness tingling and pricking sensation’s in full face severe
Numbness random limbs no order and could be all at once some time.
Pale and dark bags around eyes (constantly told i look sick or even asked by randoms if im okay) Lost 35-40 Lbs in 3 months roughly Feel like im always cold and freezing yet sweating??
5-6 days ago with bone pain i noticed im stuttering at times and face makes these tics recently (I had a similar feeling once before when i got put on seroquel which was gross and should never be prescribed for just depression) and restless leg syndrome but like everywhere like i guess akathisia? Moments of like glitches and time dilation or something and make me puke usually. more rapid in speech supposedly. I do feel different and these symptoms scare me most and I have had depression but this feels schizo and I Dissociate a bit too oddly. Really nasty headaches Never had this before and its the worst of all symptoms.
I cant post the screenshots but ill copy and paste my extensive blood test results i had done. i want no sugar coating please. I have the HLA B27 protein which I know points towards alot as well. Had a echo and angio done and nothing wrong but i do have isolated diastolic hypertension and high resting heart rate. 115-145 over 95-110 lately…100-110 bpm. My mother literally just got rheumatoid arthritis two weeks back and uveitis she also have UC. So my providers have not clued me in at all really and i keep asking what the possibilities are at least and i Dont know why they wont tell me. I have a good idea and think its going to be a autoimmune disorder or leukemia or bone cancer? Idk i cant even think straight and the providers are really dragging their feet and i really feel so ill and like im losing my head. The headaches alone are driving me nuts. My spine feeling like fire ants are tunneling through it. Help me here is my blood

A method of reducing withdrawal,
support tapering and prevent relapse
I dedicate this work to everyone struggling with addiction as well as those, helping the
increasing number of people, out there suffering. From the parent worried sick about their
child, to the healthworkers and professionals each Day fighting to save the lives of those, still
stuck in addiction.
My dear American friend whom I had the pleasure of getting to know and helping to taper
from a severe opiod-addiction, inspired me to write this to share with you.
This information will be of great value, if you’re trying to recover, or currently helping
someone, recover from addiction to: stimulants, opioids and GABAergics.
Here below is a short guide, that summarizes the findings made from Years of experience
working within this field making personalized regimens of supplements with very promising
results.
The individual regimens are all legal, non-toxic, non-addictive, natural and most importantly
based on evidence. They can all be bought or ordered online, at a reasonable cost and self
administered or used alongside other treatments etc.
Introduction:
I wanted to show my appreciation for Woodroofs work and courage making treatments
available back then, fighting for the rights of people, who weren’t offered the best
treatment they knew at the time.
Woodroof is a referal to Ronald Dickson Woodroof (1992) who founded the famous Dallas
Buyers Club which later was made into the movie by the same name. R.D.Woodroof through
the buyers club, distributed medicine to treat Aids during the hardship in the 80’s. Today we
see addiction is killing more people each Year than Aids did when it was most rampant in the
US. Not only OD’s but addiction-related suicide as well as alcoholism is widely spreading,
creating torn apart families and isolated individuals, all who are in dire need of our help.
This story ressonated with me, as I started a non-profit myself about 3 Years ago, where we
collectively bought large amounts of supplements to save money and to get around the
legislation in my country. I would then make personalized blends of these for a lot of cases,
but especially for people struggling with addiction and cases where our psychiatry had failed.
I quickly started getting people referred to me struggling with stimulants, opioids and
GABAergics but were also able to help in a lot cases with somatic diseases and I had to keep
learning and read up on the studies as well as scout the internet for knowledgeable sources.
I was educated as an intercultural and international socialworker, later having studied
anthropology and globalization, although I have no background in medicine, this must be
mentioned.
I suffered a minor TBI (traumatic brain injury) 10 Years ago, and I had to learn, how to
recover from the cognitive issues and did a lot of experimentation and researched neuro
regeneration and supplements for Years which meant I was familiar scouting for resources, reading studies as well as looking for interactions.
I needed to dive deep into the individual effects of minerals, vitamins, amino acids,
adaptogens and nootropics and the different synergies, and found some very interesting
finds regarding possible addiction treatments and support, and I have witnessed some very
promising results.
These following regimens and advice is what I’ve seen having the highest rate of recovery as
well as the lowest rapported issues with relapse, accute withdrawal as well as PAWS (post
accute-withdrawal-symptoms) while and after tapering. Studies are linked beneath each, for
further reading.
If you’re on any other medication or supplements, then either get a medical professional
to look into interactions before trying any of these or if you proceed on your own hand,
make sure either ask on i.e. Reddit / FB groups, or Google substance-x + substance-y +
interactions and do a bit of reading.
I. Opiods
Warning, this blend of supplements potentiates opiates to a high degree, meaning if you’re
on an active taper, then dose lower than you’re used to before trying these, approximately
half your usual dose. It also means you can do a far more rapid taper and use these before,
as well as after, your last dose during the taper, to reduce RLS and PAWS here. When you
hit a wall and your body starts reacting with WD’s, then hover at that dose for a few Days
and then continue cutting down a little less aggressive from there on.

If you suffer from hemochromatosis, skip the vitamin c though.
*In some cases where you’re coming off a dangerously high dose of fentanyl or methadone,
then substituting with kratom alongside this regiment can be useful in certain cases, but it
must be said kratom in of itself is an opioid with risk of addiction. It’s the lessor of two evils
though and for some can have benefits, if they can’t get suboxone etc. It will work fine,
alongside this taper as these supplements also potentiates the kratom and suboxone a lot. If
you’re trying to get off kratom the same supplements will help you too.
Bacopa (BM) can require a step by step increase to avoid stomach issues, so start with a low
dose. Some people get slight diarrhea dosing high on BM, so always dose right after a fatty
meal, or just use Psyllium husks and some butteoil before taking the BM, although a large
meal containing fats, is the most effective way mitigating this. Also certain bad extracts
tends to make the diarrhea inevitable even in low doses and with food so if you’re unlucky
to get your hands on a bad extract, try giving another a go before you give up on BM as it is
truly effective when it can get absorbed. Both the vitamin c and the BM needs to get adjusted for by slowly increasing until you reach
bowel tolerance. A meal before, with the fiber and fats seems to shorten this period.
BM in higher doses causes a slight fatigue and some prefer to take 200-500mg of rhodiola
extract early in the Day to counter this because if the rhodiola is taken late, it will hinder
sleep.
Bacopa has a long history of use for opium-addiction in India but have recently been studied
and hailed for it’s effect of diminishing discomfort and reducing WD’s as well as the dose
needed for painrelief etc. Agmatine and BSO also show great potential for reducing WD’s
and managing PAWS as shown in the studies.
I will refer to a few studies here but for more detailed information, I recommend reading or
skimming the PHD dissertation about the potential of bacopa in opioid dependency as well.

I recommend to continue this regimen for a while after seizing the last mg’s of opiates as
this prevents relapse by a great deal as well as helps to bring the body back into homeostasis
as bacopa increases synaptogenesis as well. You can skip the high dose vitamin C when
you’re out of the woods and just get a good multivitamin and some omega 3’s to maintain
the effects. The rhodiola also acts as a powerful anti-fatigue and anti-depressant for post
addiction lethargy. Most get great relief from doing this regiment for longer periods as they
report it helps keep them clearminded and manages their cravings for opiates, is what I’ve
experienced from feedback. The doses can easily be lowered to more sustainable levels that will still offer relief from
cravings. On the last page I have some recommendations for other natural compounds with
neuro-regenerative proporties that also reduces cravings for alcohol and drugs that can be
worth looking into to add to, as well as substitute for some of these when you get clean and
free from WD’s again.
II. Stimulants
Warning, do not use mucuna alongside an active taper still using stimulants. You should be
able to stop or do a rapid taper with the others and continue with the mucuna but do so
only, when you’re off the stimulant. In most cases it is easier just to stop and substitute with
this regimen as it will reduce cravings, mental instability as well as physical WD’s very
effectively. Also be aware that polygala potentiates stimulants so dose lower than usual
around 2/3 normal dose and monitor your reactions if you are going to taper off without
mucuna. If any sign of discomfort arises, wait to use polygala also until you’ve tapered down
using the others.

extract also has neuroprotective proporties on the dopaminergic system as shown from the
studies below. It’s best to get bilberry as it contains 4-10x higher the amount of
anthocyanins but a higher dose of blueberry extract will also work. It is though not
recommended to use mucuna for lengthy periods due to risk of neurotoxicity so later, you’ll
be able to, instead drop the mucuna, and add NAC + d-phenylalanine which is a precursor to
the l-tyrosine, alongside the others. This is once you’ve been clean for at least a Week and
managed the most severe craving and WD’s.

I also recommend you continue this regiment for as long as you experience cravings or fear
you might relapse. Just switch the mucuna after the critical phase and instead use NAC + d
phenylalanine and perhaps bacopa if there’s some damages from a long period of addiction.
You will easily be able to find a lower or even a higher, functioning dose of the supplements
that suits your need for repair and relief. The most important part is you move further and
further away from relapse and get the natural energy and drive to get back into a healthy
lifestyle again. In general people I learn who’ve forgotten or stopped their supplements,
after they get clean, tends to relapse, way more often, than those who keep their regimens.
So use this for as long as needed and read the part about alcohol and managing cravings

III. GABA
’ergics
Warning, don’t completely seize your use of benzodiazepines abrubtly. Plan a careful taper
as risk of seizures can be highly dangerous, especially in the higher dose-range. This regimen
will potentiate benzodiazepines also, as well so be aware to dose lower in the beginning
until you get a sense of how much potentiation, for the benzo, you’re currently on.
Approximately to 1/2 and then if WD’s kick in dose a bit higher until you feel okay and if you
get high vice versa. If you’re using a benzo that is metabolized fast like alprazolam it can be
worth to slowly adjust and start using a benzo with a longer half life like clonazapam and
diazapam to better be able to cut doses and not worry about getting into WD’s at every hour. Emoxypine________________________________________100mg-500mg 1-3 doses pr.Day

*This also works for gabapentenoids like (Gabapentin, Pregabalin and Phenibut) but if
you’re tapering down from a high dose phenibut, you might also benefit by substituting 1g
of phenibut with 10mg baclofen in that ratio. This regimen will make you able to taper fast
and effective down from the baclofen too.
Glutamate surges from excitotoxicity when tapering, often creates severe adrenal fatigue,
mental instablity and wearyness, after a while and here it is also important to make sure to
get a enough vitamin b6 and you’ll also be able try kava, NAC and l-theanine, alongside this,
to prevent these symptoms. Magnolia modulates GABA-a but there’s not many studies on
emoxypine even though safety has been well-established. Regarding emoxypine, you can
find a wide arrange of user reports that backs it’s efficiency in tapering which were
confirmed from my own observations.
All of these together, can bring a bit symptoms of fatigue due to the combined effects of the
supplements. If this becomes an issue take 200-500mg of rhodiola extract early in the Day to
counter this because if the rhodiola is taken late, it will hinder sleep. Lemon balm and
magnesium glycinate can be a help in getting some sleep, in certain phases in the WD’s if
you taper aggressively.
Use this like the other regimens for as long as you need the support and when you’re
completely off all benzodiazepines and stabilized, then you can switch the magnolia extract
to sabroxy extract, and this will help your brain heal faster due to increased BDNF,
neurogenesis as well as synaptogenesis. Bacopa too has effects of synaptogenesis and will
help mitigating symptoms of alcohol WD and craving and can be useful to add, once you’re
off as well.
Benzo induced neurological dysfynction (BIND) can require more of the neuro-regenerative
effects in general and higher doses. I suggest you download the free guide, linked to at the
last page, and look into, sabroxy, polygala, bacopa, sulforaphane, emoxypine and the
neuropeptides as a start.

III. I.Alcohol
Dealing with alcoholism often get’s tricky as this is tied deeply into culture as well as
patterns of engaging in much needed socializing.
This regimen of supplements might be able to reduce most of the cravings and help with
many of the issues from a physiological point of view. While on the other hand, the isolation
and mental toll it takes to step outside of the festivities, often tend to push people back into
drinking or worse even, into drugs.
Kava shows some very promising results being a positive allosteric modulator of the GABA-a
receptor which means it doesn’t have much addiction potential at all, yet mimicks a lot of
the effects from alcohol. In a lot places now, people are beginning to bring kava for
themselves for going to parties, to manage social anxiety and peer-preassure as well as
experiencing the enjoyment of being a part of the letting loose.
Kava has shown to act as a powerful anti-cravings agent as shown in the study below, not
only for alcohol but most drug of choices tested on the group.
My anecdotal observations:
Most people who’ve gotten clean, functional and even stopped drinking due to it leading
them to do drugs, often told me about them getting a nagging evening restlessness. In
general how it would get their head spinning about relapsing just once etc.
Those who tried kava all reported that it took away that sense of craving and it helped them
relax and unwind when they got stressed enough to begin fantasizing about drugs and
alcohol. Some of those who didn’t want the kava, managed to stay clean, while others
unfortunately found themselves, slip a few times.
But they often reported, that having the supplements and knowing the way back, kept them
getting back to living clean very quickly after.
A theory of this is, could be due to the role alcohol and cannabis has played for thousands of
Years perhaps, being incoded in our biology, to come to a point where the need, for just
some kind of recreational effects for some, becomes highly unbearable to cope with.
This is why I often advice people in risk, to get to learn about kava and have at least a little
bag of instant/micronized kava lying around, so they know they’ll be able to push the panic
button on the accute cravings.

Kava got a bad stain from back in the 90’s when some medicinal companies bought up a
kava-company and shortly after started making acetone extracts of leaves and stems which
wasn’t allowed. A few cases with people with pre-existing liver issues and even alcoholism
and medication on the side, in a rare instants experienced hepatoxicity and the pharmaceutical industry, in a collective effort, blew it out proportions. The most likely cause
of this, is hypothesized to be, the rapid increase, in loss of sales of benzodiazepines and
addictive sleeping medication, which they began seeing as kava increased in popularity back
in the late 90’s. Multiple peer-reviewed studies have since put these claims to rest, and
these are linked to beneath. As a comparison acetylsalicylic acid, also known as aspirin, was
actually found, to be more dangerous than kava.

Finishing words:
Reintegrating your lifepath back into your original flowstate again, can be difficult, as all
addiction tends to originate from trauma of some sort, but also create a lot of trauma in of
itself. Most of us, are also carriers of multiple generations of traumatic experiences and all of this, if not treated, will hinder our journey into the higher levels of emotional and spiritual
growth. These regimens can provide us with a long window of opportunity to begin to find
your way back into progressing with a healthy lifestyle. But if the addiction-issue, is taken
lightly, and given enough time, the signs of trauma’s will come clawing their way back and
have you risk relapse.
I see a lot, find great comfort in religious community with a strong faith as well as evolving
values of reciprocity to newcomers. Some start to exercise a lot and eat healthy again, as
well as reach out to new friendgroups. Some show great benefits from getting therapy or
counseling for that extra assistance in unraveling, certain kinds of severe trauma. Others go
into Eastern and spiritual practices like Qigong and Yoga and start to meditate. A
combination of all of these would be ideal, but focus on one step at a time. There are many
paths back to healing and a good marker for progression here, is if your eyes are getting
kinder, your voice is becoming softer and you begin to feel and see the traumas, of others,
and wants to be in service of some sort.
A short story we can use to remind ourselves.
A long time ago, a therapist explained to me.
"Once a woman told me that she would always love being intimate with her husband
because then after that his eyes would be mild and kind.
A man then told me how he loved making his wife laugh, because after that, her voice
would become soft and playful.
Lastly a young child told me, how the child loved being around and being in service to the
parents, because after that, they would listen and stay present, just as ready to cry with
them as to laugh with the them.
Counter-intuitive strategies
For those who at some point will seek out, some kind of therapy this here beneath, might be
worth knowing.
PTSD therapy offers relief for around 20% of people with PTSD, while MDMA-facilitated
therapy shows results of around 80% instead. If you suffer from PTSD or severe trauma, and
you can’t get this therapy where you’re at, using kanna extract (preferably MT55) and
getting a good therapist to work with, will help you up the percentages. This is because
kanna works very similarly to MDMA. Just let the therapist know politely, that you’re

A method of reducing withdrawal,
support tapering and prevent relapse
I dedicate this work to everyone struggling with addiction as well as those, helping the
increasing number of people, out there suffering. From the parent worried sick about their
child, to the healthworkers and professionals each Day fighting to save the lives of those, still
stuck in addiction.
My dear American friend whom I had the pleasure of getting to know and helping to taper
from a severe opiod-addiction, inspired me to write this to share with you.
This information will be of great value, if you’re trying to recover, or currently helping
someone, recover from addiction to: stimulants, opioids and GABAergics.
Here below is a short guide, that summarizes the findings made from Years of experience
working within this field making personalized regimens of supplements with very promising
results.
The individual regimens are all legal, non-toxic, non-addictive, natural and most importantly
based on evidence. They can all be bought or ordered online, at a reasonable cost and self
administered or used alongside other treatments etc.
Introduction:
I wanted to show my appreciation for Woodroofs work and courage making treatments
available back then, fighting for the rights of people, who weren’t offered the best
treatment they knew at the time.
Woodroof is a referal to Ronald Dickson Woodroof (1992) who founded the famous Dallas
Buyers Club which later was made into the movie by the same name. R.D.Woodroof through
the buyers club, distributed medicine to treat Aids during the hardship in the 80’s. Today we
see addiction is killing more people each Year than Aids did when it was most rampant in the
US. Not only OD’s but addiction-related suicide as well as alcoholism is widely spreading,
creating torn apart families and isolated individuals, all who are in dire need of our help.
This story ressonated with me, as I started a non-profit myself about 3 Years ago, where we
collectively bought large amounts of supplements to save money and to get around the
legislation in my country. I would then make personalized blends of these for a lot of cases,
but especially for people struggling with addiction and cases where our psychiatry had failed.
I quickly started getting people referred to me struggling with stimulants, opioids and
GABAergics but were also able to help in a lot cases with somatic diseases and I had to keep
learning and read up on the studies as well as scout the internet for knowledgeable sources.
I was educated as an intercultural and international socialworker, later having studied
anthropology and globalization, although I have no background in medicine, this must be
mentioned.
I suffered a minor TBI (traumatic brain injury) 10 Years ago, and I had to learn, how to
recover from the cognitive issues and did a lot of experimentation and researched neuro
regeneration and supplements for Years which meant I was familiar scouting for resources, reading studies as well as looking for interactions.
I needed to dive deep into the individual effects of minerals, vitamins, amino acids,
adaptogens and nootropics and the different synergies, and found some very interesting
finds regarding possible addiction treatments and support, and I have witnessed some very
promising results.
These following regimens and advice is what I’ve seen having the highest rate of recovery as
well as the lowest rapported issues with relapse, accute withdrawal as well as PAWS (post
accute-withdrawal-symptoms) while and after tapering. Studies are linked beneath each, for
further reading.
If you’re on any other medication or supplements, then either get a medical professional
to look into interactions before trying any of these or if you proceed on your own hand,
make sure either ask on i.e. Reddit / FB groups, or Google substance-x + substance-y +
interactions and do a bit of reading.
I. Opiods
Warning, this blend of supplements potentiates opiates to a high degree, meaning if you’re
on an active taper, then dose lower than you’re used to before trying these, approximately
half your usual dose. It also means you can do a far more rapid taper and use these before,
as well as after, your last dose during the taper, to reduce RLS and PAWS here. When you
hit a wall and your body starts reacting with WD’s, then hover at that dose for a few Days
and then continue cutting down a little less aggressive from there on.

If you suffer from hemochromatosis, skip the vitamin c though.
*In some cases where you’re coming off a dangerously high dose of fentanyl or methadone,
then substituting with kratom alongside this regiment can be useful in certain cases, but it
must be said kratom in of itself is an opioid with risk of addiction. It’s the lessor of two evils
though and for some can have benefits, if they can’t get suboxone etc. It will work fine,
alongside this taper as these supplements also potentiates the kratom and suboxone a lot. If
you’re trying to get off kratom the same supplements will help you too.
Bacopa (BM) can require a step by step increase to avoid stomach issues, so start with a low
dose. Some people get slight diarrhea dosing high on BM, so always dose right after a fatty
meal, or just use Psyllium husks and some butteoil before taking the BM, although a large
meal containing fats, is the most effective way mitigating this. Also certain bad extracts
tends to make the diarrhea inevitable even in low doses and with food so if you’re unlucky
to get your hands on a bad extract, try giving another a go before you give up on BM as it is
truly effective when it can get absorbed. Both the vitamin c and the BM needs to get adjusted for by slowly increasing until you reach
bowel tolerance. A meal before, with the fiber and fats seems to shorten this period.
BM in higher doses causes a slight fatigue and some prefer to take 200-500mg of rhodiola
extract early in the Day to counter this because if the rhodiola is taken late, it will hinder
sleep.
Bacopa has a long history of use for opium-addiction in India but have recently been studied
and hailed for it’s effect of diminishing discomfort and reducing WD’s as well as the dose
needed for painrelief etc. Agmatine and BSO also show great potential for reducing WD’s
and managing PAWS as shown in the studies.
I will refer to a few studies here but for more detailed information, I recommend reading or
skimming the PHD dissertation about the potential of bacopa in opioid dependency as well.

I recommend to continue this regimen for a while after seizing the last mg’s of opiates as
this prevents relapse by a great deal as well as helps to bring the body back into homeostasis
as bacopa increases synaptogenesis as well. You can skip the high dose vitamin C when
you’re out of the woods and just get a good multivitamin and some omega 3’s to maintain
the effects. The rhodiola also acts as a powerful anti-fatigue and anti-depressant for post
addiction lethargy. Most get great relief from doing this regiment for longer periods as they
report it helps keep them clearminded and manages their cravings for opiates, is what I’ve
experienced from feedback. The doses can easily be lowered to more sustainable levels that will still offer relief from
cravings. On the last page I have some recommendations for other natural compounds with
neuro-regenerative proporties that also reduces cravings for alcohol and drugs that can be
worth looking into to add to, as well as substitute for some of these when you get clean and
free from WD’s again.
II. Stimulants
Warning, do not use mucuna alongside an active taper still using stimulants. You should be
able to stop or do a rapid taper with the others and continue with the mucuna but do so
only, when you’re off the stimulant. In most cases it is easier just to stop and substitute with
this regimen as it will reduce cravings, mental instability as well as physical WD’s very
effectively. Also be aware that polygala potentiates stimulants so dose lower than usual
around 2/3 normal dose and monitor your reactions if you are going to taper off without
mucuna. If any sign of discomfort arises, wait to use polygala also until you’ve tapered down
using the others.

precursor to l-dopa, which helps prevent neurotoxicity to some degree. Bilberry/blueberry
extract also has neuroprotective proporties on the dopaminergic system as shown from the
studies below. It’s best to get bilberry as it contains 4-10x higher the amount of
anthocyanins but a higher dose of blueberry extract will also work. It is though not
recommended to use mucuna for lengthy periods due to risk of neurotoxicity so later, you’ll
be able to, instead drop the mucuna, and add NAC + d-phenylalanine which is a precursor to
the l-tyrosine, alongside the others. This is once you’ve been clean for at least a Week and
managed the most severe craving and WD’s.
In case you’re showing troubling signs of brainaging due to stimulant-use, you can add
bacopa to this stack as well, as evidence is showing it is acting as a powerful neuroprotectant

I also recommend you continue this regiment for as long as you experience cravings or fear
you might relapse. Just switch the mucuna after the critical phase and instead use NAC + d
phenylalanine and perhaps bacopa if there’s some damages from a long period of addiction.
You will easily be able to find a lower or even a higher, functioning dose of the supplements
that suits your need for repair and relief. The most important part is you move further and
further away from relapse and get the natural energy and drive to get back into a healthy
lifestyle again. In general people I learn who’ve forgotten or stopped their supplements,
after they get clean, tends to relapse, way more often, than those who keep their regimens.
So use this for as long as needed and read the part about alcohol and managing cravings

III. GABA
’ergics
Warning, don’t completely seize your use of benzodiazepines abrubtly. Plan a careful taper
as risk of seizures can be highly dangerous, especially in the higher dose-range. This regimen
will potentiate benzodiazepines also, as well so be aware to dose lower in the beginning
until you get a sense of how much potentiation, for the benzo, you’re currently on.
Approximately to 1/2 and then if WD’s kick in dose a bit higher until you feel okay and if you
get high vice versa. If you’re using a benzo that is metabolized fast like alprazolam it can be
worth to slowly adjust and start using a benzo with a longer half life like clonazapam and
diazapam to better be able to cut doses and not worry about getting into WD’s at every hour. Emoxypine________________________________________100mg-500mg 1-3 doses pr.Day

*This also works for gabapentenoids like (Gabapentin, Pregabalin and Phenibut) but if
you’re tapering down from a high dose phenibut, you might also benefit by substituting 1g
of phenibut with 10mg baclofen in that ratio. This regimen will make you able to taper fast
and effective down from the baclofen too.
Glutamate surges from excitotoxicity when tapering, often creates severe adrenal fatigue,
mental instablity and wearyness, after a while and here it is also important to make sure to
get a enough vitamin b6 and you’ll also be able try kava, NAC and l-theanine, alongside this,
to prevent these symptoms. Magnolia modulates GABA-a but there’s not many studies on
emoxypine even though safety has been well-established. Regarding emoxypine, you can
find a wide arrange of user reports that backs it’s efficiency in tapering which were
confirmed from my own observations.
All of these together, can bring a bit symptoms of fatigue due to the combined effects of the
supplements. If this becomes an issue take 200-500mg of rhodiola extract early in the Day to
counter this because if the rhodiola is taken late, it will hinder sleep. Lemon balm and
magnesium glycinate can be a help in getting some sleep, in certain phases in the WD’s if
you taper aggressively.
Use this like the other regimens for as long as you need the support and when you’re
completely off all benzodiazepines and stabilized, then you can switch the magnolia extract
to sabroxy extract, and this will help your brain heal faster due to increased BDNF,
neurogenesis as well as synaptogenesis. Bacopa too has effects of synaptogenesis and will
help mitigating symptoms of alcohol WD and craving and can be useful to add, once you’re
off as well.

III. I.Alcohol
Dealing with alcoholism often get’s tricky as this is tied deeply into culture as well as
patterns of engaging in much needed socializing.
This regimen of supplements might be able to reduce most of the cravings and help with
many of the issues from a physiological point of view. While on the other hand, the isolation
and mental toll it takes to step outside of the festivities, often tend to push people back into
drinking or worse even, into drugs.
Kava shows some very promising results being a positive allosteric modulator of the GABA-a
receptor which means it doesn’t have much addiction potential at all, yet mimicks a lot of
the effects from alcohol. In a lot places now, people are beginning to bring kava for
themselves for going to parties, to manage social anxiety and peer-preassure as well as
experiencing the enjoyment of being a part of the letting loose.
Kava has shown to act as a powerful anti-cravings agent as shown in the study below, not
only for alcohol but most drug of choices tested on the group.
My anecdotal observations:
Most people who’ve gotten clean, functional and even stopped drinking due to it leading
them to do drugs, often told me about them getting a nagging evening restlessness. In
general how it would get their head spinning about relapsing just once etc.
Those who tried kava all reported that it took away that sense of craving and it helped them
relax and unwind when they got stressed enough to begin fantasizing about drugs and
alcohol. Some of those who didn’t want the kava, managed to stay clean, while others
unfortunately found themselves, slip a few times.
But they often reported, that having the supplements and knowing the way back, kept them
getting back to living clean very quickly after.
A theory of this is, could be due to the role alcohol and cannabis has played for thousands of
Years perhaps, being incoded in our biology, to come to a point where the need, for just
some kind of recreational effects for some, becomes highly unbearable to cope with.
This is why I often advice people in risk, to get to learn about kava and have at least a little
bag of instant/micronized kava lying around, so they know they’ll be able to push the panic
button on the accute cravings.

Kava got a bad stain from back in the 90’s when some medicinal companies bought up a
kava-company and shortly after started making acetone extracts of leaves and stems which
wasn’t allowed. A few cases with people with pre-existing liver issues and even alcoholism
and medication on the side, in a rare instants experienced hepatoxicity and the pharmaceutical industry, in a collective effort, blew it out proportions. The most likely cause
of this, is hypothesized to be, the rapid increase, in loss of sales of benzodiazepines and
addictive sleeping medication, which they began seeing as kava increased in popularity back
in the late 90’s. Multiple peer-reviewed studies have since put these claims to rest, and
these are linked to beneath. As a comparison acetylsalicylic acid, also known as aspirin, was
actually found, to be more dangerous than kava.

Finishing words:
Reintegrating your lifepath back into your original flowstate again, can be difficult, as all
addiction tends to originate from trauma of some sort, but also create a lot of trauma in of
itself. Most of us, are also carriers of multiple generations of traumatic experiences and all of this, if not treated, will hinder our journey into the higher levels of emotional and spiritual
growth. These regimens can provide us with a long window of opportunity to begin to find
your way back into progressing with a healthy lifestyle. But if the addiction-issue, is taken
lightly, and given enough time, the signs of trauma’s will come clawing their way back and
have you risk relapse.
I see a lot, find great comfort in religious community with a strong faith as well as evolving
values of reciprocity to newcomers. Some start to exercise a lot and eat healthy again, as
well as reach out to new friendgroups. Some show great benefits from getting therapy or
counseling for that extra assistance in unraveling, certain kinds of severe trauma. Others go
into Eastern and spiritual practices like Qigong and Yoga and start to meditate. A
combination of all of these would be ideal, but focus on one step at a time. There are many
paths back to healing and a good marker for progression here, is if your eyes are getting
kinder, your voice is becoming softer and you begin to feel and see the traumas, of others,
and wants to be in service of some sort.
A short story we can use to remind ourselves.
A long time ago, a therapist explained to me.
"Once a woman told me that she would always love being intimate with her husband
because then after that his eyes would be mild and kind.
A man then told me how he loved making his wife laugh, because after that, her voice
would become soft and playful.
Lastly a young child told me, how the child loved being around and being in service to the
parents, because after that, they would listen and stay present, just as ready to cry with
them as to laugh with the them.
Counter-intuitive strategies
For those who at some point will seek out, some kind of therapy this here beneath, might be
worth knowing.
PTSD therapy offers relief for around 20% of people with PTSD, while MDMA-facilitated
therapy shows results of around 80% instead. If you suffer from PTSD or severe trauma, and
you can’t get this therapy where you’re at, using kanna extract (preferably MT55) and
getting a good therapist to work with, will help you up the percentages. This is because
kanna works very similarly to MDMA. Just let the therapist know politely, that you’re
supplementing with a herbal extract while you’re there, to treat your anxiety, and most will
have no issues with this.
The promising aspect of this, is that now, you can have Weekly sessions instead of having to
wait 2-3 Months in between each, as with MDMA due to sideeffects and toxicity. Although
be careful that the euforic effects of kanna doesn’t act as a trigger so be mindful about this
before proceeding.

What are some popular headcanons about the founders?
I'll admit I haven't played Hogwarts Legacy so I am not familiar with either the story or what additional information was provided about them (although I heard there was some additional background about Slytherin at least).
Here are mine:
Slytherin (funny how we know more about him than about other founders despite being an antagonistic character) - was born blind but with the ability to talk to snakes which was rather unique even in his family. However as most people born with a handicap at the time he was shun by society and ended up a beggar on the streets who made a living by entertaining passing people with his ability to control snakes. He is a Muslim Portuguese (hence the name Salazar) but he quickly becomes famous for his shtick and starts traveling Europe as an entertainer. He uses as a guide a particularly smart but very proud pet snake which constantly refuses to do any public tricks. It is this how Slytherin develops a resentment towards Muggles because he feels like he himself is just a dancing monkey for them (remember Harry compares his statue with that of a monkey in CoS?) despite being more powerful than them.
His blindness would later serve in his ability to breed and control basilisks as basilisks despite their deadly nature are fiercely loyal to the first person they see when they're born.
Gryffindor - he is the son of a local nobleman who fell in love with a witch who healed his leg from a wound on the battlefield, a wound that every other doctor told him could only be stopped by having his leg amputated. Godric grew up in a rather sheltered environment and he was a rather Lockhart-ish character in the sense that he loved fame, drinking, young maidens but was rather lazy and quite incompetent. However he had a lot of magical power and his mother taught him how to manipulate it. When his dad had him study on various subjects, he instead enchanted his mother's hat to read into other people's minds and transfer him their knowledge. So he tricked the court scholar to wear it and then he got all the scholar's knowledge. However that was not enough for his father and he wanted Godric to become knighted. In order to prove himself he sent Godric to deal with a dark witch who was tormenting another nearby village with her ability to raise the dead and use them as their army.
Along the way Godric stopped at an inn where he saw Slytherin entertaining the public with his usual tricks. Gryffindor noticing that Slytherin was more than just a street entertainer invited him over to his table and they started talking about their respective abilities. He noticed that Slytherin had a lot of raw magical power but didn't know how to control it and could not read since he was blind. Gryffindor decided to share his knowledge by letting him wear the hat in exchange for Salazar becoming his squire.
Slytherin also tells him that on his journey he heard of a man called Ollivander who knew that if you hallowed a branch of a tree and filled the hole with a piece of a magical creature it would allow one to channel their magical powers through it. He was selling such artifacts to anyone who bought them. So they decide to make a detour on their path and visit this man, Ollivander. Along the way they come across a river and a goblin drowning in its rapids. In a unique moment of bravery Gryffindor rescues the goblin and the goblin in return, not wanting to be indebted to a human, gives them Godric his sword and Salazar his locket which contains a set of eyes (remember that the locket is described as having a set of eyes when Harry opens it) that will allow him to see even as far as the human soul.
Nevertheless, the two arrive at Ollivander and purchase two wands and they return to their mission.
Ravenclaw - she is the dark witch I was talking about earlier. She is an expert necromancer and uses an army of undead to terrorize the villages around her area. When Godric and his squire go to confront her, they are absolutely overwhelmed by her power. She knows how to use a wand since she had for many years but Gryffindor and Slytherin are just learning. She immediately takes them as her prisoners but impressed by their ability to use magic, she allows them to be treated as guests rather than prisoners. She even allows them to use her impressive library on magical books to study it further in the hopes that she'll turn them into her minions. Slytherin makes good use of his locket and quickly learns lots of magic. In fact he is most fascinated by the dark arts books and his mind becomes corrupted. Gryffindor, being lazier, just uses his hat to also get Slytherin's knowledge but he mostly remains fascinated with flamboyant spells and feels disgusted by any dark ritual.
Eventually Ravenclaw falls in love with Slytherin and they have a baby. When Gryffindor learns the news, he questions her how she is willing to raise the baby. He tells her that while he benefited from his mother teaching him how to control his magic, Salazar was just thrown out into the streets by his family who thought that because he could talk to snakes but was blind was possessed by the devil. Rowena says that she had her fair share of troubles with the world as unusual stuff happened around her. When a church was set on fire while praying she was chased into the woods where she ran into some other witches that taught her everything she knew. She was bitter and wanted to make the village pay for their crimes against her.
Gryffindor manages to convince her that people will always fear the unknown but that she should use her knowledge for good and teach other people with magical powers to help those that don't have them. He references his father's tale about his leg's wound. That night, Rowena has a dream about an angel who comes to her and tells her that she should listen to Godric's words. When she refuses, the angel turns into a hog that bites her and steals her powers. As she chases the hog, she comes across the place where Hogwarts would eventually be built. The next morning Rowena agrees to lift her curse over the undead army and join the two in teaching future witches and wizards how to control their power. The three start traveling the country to look for people with magical powers.
Hufflepuff - some years have passed. Each of the three founders decided to take one apprentice every year and teach them for seven years. They even built a small abode in the northern parts of Scotland. There they would test the apprentices to be by having to steal a cup from a troll (hence the joke that you have to wrestle a troll said by Fred and George to Ron). Those who got the cup by going head to head with the troll would be evaluated and selected by Gryffindor. Those who sneaked by it were selected by Slytherin and those who used clever methods were selected by Ravenclaw. They would each select one every year.
One year a rather accomplished but rather charismatic witch showed up. She managed to confront the troll through a series of sneak attacks, simple spells and then going head to head with it. All the original founders argued over whom should take her but she proclaimed that she had prepared this strategy for years having heard how her brother was rejected five years ago. Every person should get a chance at magical training if the founders refuse to do so she will take everyone under his wing.
The founders are reluctant at first and even despise her request but agree to take her as a servant for them and their apprentices. She cooks and cleans for them and she is allowed to part-take in the magical classes but she is none of the founders' apprentice in particular. Meanwhile, with the help of her lover, Hengist, she manages to set up a small community in the vicinity of Hogwarts (where all the rejects are camping) where she can relay to them what she learned. When the founders find out, they are really angry with her but eventually decide to not punish her but rather allow her and her students join them. The four deciding that they'll need a bigger space for their school and turn the small abode into a castle.
Also the daughter of Slytherin and Ravenclaw is called Helena, but by the time she grows up Slytherin refuses to acknowledge her as his daughter so she maintains the name of Ravenclaw. The Blood Baron is among Slytherin's first apprentices. We all know the story but the two do not become ghosts because they are afraid of death, but rather Rowen, using her necromancy skills, keeps them bound forever to the castle.

2023.04.02 12:09 JustNeedHelpReddit Psilocybin and valvulopathy. Am I risking development of valvular heart disease from prolonged use? Need advice!
Background
I recently experienced heart palpitations for the first time in my life during a 5g cubensis trip. At the peak I was peacefully listening to music and I felt my chest jump.. I ignored it and it happened again just 1.5 minutes later but this time I clearly felt my heart stop for a second and then rapidly expand. The palpitations started getting stronger and it continued for about a hour until I took Magnesium (250mg) & Calcium (400mg).The next day I felt tightness/slight pain in my chest and I went to the doctor. The blood pressure test came out fine as well as EKG. However, the doctor mentioned that there is a slight interference between my heartbeats at times, it's hard to spot but it's there. They told me my heart valves most likely lost sync which causes minor irregularity to the heartbeat (arrhythmia) and is nothing to worry about since it heals in a couple of weeks to months. Luckily I felt like I was back to normal just after a couple of few weeks.
I took a break from psychedelics for 3 months and just last week I tried again. The issue returned.. During the peak I experienced palpitations which were worse than the last time. This time the heart was racing and clicking between the palpitations. I took a paracetamol which increases vasodilation and the issue went away after a couple of minutes. My hands/feet felt colder than usual and my left arm felt slightly numb but it might be unrelated/just paranoia from scanning for issues.
Like the last time I felt chest tightness the next day. It's only been a couple of days and it's getting better again but sometimes I can feel heart flutter and micro clicks from my heart just during the evening.
Explanation?
There's a few posts which outlines the effects of 5-HT2B agonists (like LSD-25 / Psilocybin / DMT) on the heart. In particular I found u/SoulGuy60's post and u/iGenie's comment to be very helpful.It mentions that prolonged activation of 5-HT2B has been linked to valvular heart disease (VHD) in studies on mice. This means that stimulation of this receptor leads to growth in heart valve tissue, which can lead to hardening of the valves (i.e. cardiac valvulopathy). This is concerning me since that's precisely what my doctor mentioned; my heart valves lost sync.
Furthermore I found a couple of posts mentioning vasoconstrictive effects associated with psychedelics which could explain why my feet/hands felt cold and left arm numb.
There are no real human trails to support any of this since there haven't been any studies yet as far as I know.
Some other explanations which I've come across are:
- Electrolyte inbalance.
- Magnesium and Calcium deficiency.
- Low blood sugar.
- Carb deficiency.
My lifestyle
- I have no allergies nor any diseases.
- I exercise 5 times a week, I lift weights and do cardio (mostly interval running).
- I eat a low carb diet (similar to keto) for almost 1 year now because I found the cognitive benefits to help me work better (I'm a programmer). Meaning lots of fruit and occasionally 85% chocolate instead of candy/sugar, big variety of vegetables, mostly meat, eggs & dark bread.
- I do intermittent fastening meaning I only eat lunch and dinner because it keeps my energy the same throughout the day and I get zero craving this way.
- No caffeine.
- No nicotine.
- Not smoking.
- Barely drink alcohol.
- LSD and Psilocybin is where it's at. I either do 2 macrodoses monthly or instead microdose on & off for years now. I also test my LSD.
Advice?
Now I'm really sad that I can't continue to improve my well-being with psychedelics if it's risking my health..Does anyone have any experience with this or more information?
Perhaps there's a way to mitigate this issue by supplementing something before & after a trip?

I had the chance to read through their 10-K this weekend, and it provided some additional details about what's going on behind the scenes at NFTG. From what I can tell, NFTG is on the brink of rolling out its proprietary Gaxos trading platform in the coming quarters. I see this as a clear bullish catalyst that has the potential to bring share price up from its current $1.31 to the $4 range this recent IPO listed at only a month and a half ago, meaning this currently sleep ticker could see a burst of momentum around the corner. submitted by EagleEyeStx to pennystocks [link] [comments] First off, what does NFTG do? The company is developing a digital entertainment platform–Gaxos–that will host several games with built-in NFT functionalities for minting in-game features, skins, and accessories that can be used across its gaming ecosystem. Despite the slowdown in NFT trade volume over the past year, the digital gaming industry is booming, as is the rapidly increasing embrace of NFTs for in-game use. The gaming industry s forecast to reach a market value of $323bn by 2026 with 8.5% CAGR, and one of the primary factors cited as driving growth in the gaming industry is increasing integration of web3.0 components such as cryptocurrency payment options and in-game NFT creation, customization and exchange. NFTG is an agile new player at this intersection point of NFT and gaming markets, meaning its TAM is expected to witness robust growth over coming years. Connecting this sectoral potential to NFTG prospects, the 10-K they submitted last week signals that the company is approaching money time in terms of their platform launch. If this goes smoothly, we can easily expect the share price to start climbing from its current plateau to recoup some of the lost ground from its $4.15 initial offering price. In addition to the platform release, NFTG has a number of other bullish variables that can help drive a share price reversal once Gaxos starts going live. The first is a recently approved share buyback program for $500K worth of NFTG common stock. The buyback is open-ended and non-binding, meaning that it presents a win-win for management that is trying to capture additional shareholder value while maintaining a conservative bottom line. And that brings me to another important takeaway from NFTG’s recently posted 10-K. With a small team, low overhead costs, and very modest executive compensation, NFTG is running a shoe-string operation. For an NFT-gaming developer that recently exited semi-stealth mode to pursue a public listing, this agility represents an understated asset for the company. Though they closed 2022 with $680K in the bank, total 2022 liabilities stood at only $255K. I would be much more skeptical that this may be a pump-and-dump if not for the fact that an intangible asset cited in the 10-K is a Software and Patent License Agreement inked with Columbia University for its underlying technology. The IP is for “a “certificate of authentication” capability for image and video assets to prevent fraudulent activity…This will further provide increased trust in our gaming partners to use our platform and provide additional validation and control of third-party assets integrated into our platform.” This sounds like a promising direction for the legitimacy and security of its NFT functionality, which will play an important role in public adoption and third-party hosting moving forward. Not to mention the fact that Columbia University is a world-class institution that most definitely performed its requisite due diligence before signing an IP agreement with NFTG. To sum things up, I’m cautiously optimistic about NFTG’s intermediate-to-longer term prospects, and can see this becoming a very interesting play in the coming months pending the smooth launch of Gaxos and its associated games. At this dirt cheap entry price, I’m establishing a starter position to see where things go, and am banking on this having some fun run-ups like I’ve seen in other NFT gaming smallcaps over the past year and a half. I'm hearing two completely different stories when it comes to the lifetime of the CR1220 coin battery in the EZ Flash Junior flash cartridge. The first stories are people talking about how their batteries have lasted about 12 to 18 months (which is what the official EZ Flash people say is normal), most of these stories are from a few years ago, with carts produced in 2019 or 2020. But I've also seen people posting about their batteries only lasting slightly over a month at best, with a good amount of these posts happening in 2022. I've compiled some of the stories I found talking about the different battery lives below and sorted them by the year their cart was most likely made.
Someone on GBATemps (first link below) says that the EZ Flash company started using a new RAM chip in newer 2022 produced carts, something about switching from SRAM to PSRAM, and that these carts with the PSRAM chip are the ones that suffer from this extremely shorter battery life. They said that they purchased and tested 4 Jrs. and manually replaced a PSRAM chip with an SRAM chip and the battery's longevity improved. I just recently purchased an EZ Flash Jr. which was produced in 2022 (the production date code printed is 0822 from the top of the PCB) and I only got a month where I'm allowed to return it, so I might not see the battery die out before its too late. Any information about what's causing these different stories or just any stories of the battery life and production year of any EZ Flash Jr. owners (preferably anything about a 2022 cartridge with a longer battery life) would be appreciated.

Someone on GBATemps (first link below) says that the EZ Flash company started using a new RAM chip in newer 2022 produced carts, something about switching from SRAM to PSRAM, and that these carts with the PSRAM chip are the ones that suffer from this extremely shorter battery life. They said that they purchased and tested 4 Jrs. and manually replaced a PSRAM chip with an SRAM chip and the battery's longevity improved. I just recently purchased an EZ Flash Jr. which was produced in 2022 (the production date code printed is 0822 from the top of the PCB) and I only got a month where I'm allowed to return it, so I might not see the battery die out before its too late. Any information about what's causing these different stories or just any stories of the battery life and production year of any EZ Flash Jr. owners (preferably anything about a 2022 cartridge with a longer battery life) would be appreciated.

 | Going to start by saying this is most likely above Reddit's paygrade and he's been several times to see a rabbit specialist vet in the last few weeks. This is more just a shot in the dark in case anyone else here has experienced anything similar or has any suggestions. submitted by angelicswordien to Rabbits [link] [comments] At the start of February we noticed he was passing tiny malformed poops and seemed to be having difficulty eating. We went to the vet who filed some spurs on his teeth. He seemed to pick up and was eating well again. A few weeks later we felt he was losing weight and was still passing small poops. Back to the vets again. Vet has a good examine, couldn't feel any obvious blockage. He had lost a small amount of weight from his last trip. Vet recommended some blood tests, however they weren't able to obtain any due to his blood pressure being too low. Vet recommended we come back once his bruises had had chance to heal and try again with the head vet. Second time was successful. Unfortunately the sample clotted so the only result we had was that he had high levels of bilirubin, indicating a possible issue with his liver. Again vet recommended we try again once his bruises healed. But she did take several other scans to see if she could see anything internal, but nothing came up. On the third attempt vet was unable to get a sample again due to low blood pressure and felt he wouldn't survive any sedation to try harder. At this point he had gone from weighing 1.2kg at the start of all this to just 1.03kg. This is despite us giving him a massively fortified diet in between all the vet visits to try to boost him. Vet knows about us fortifying his food. He's now due back at the vets again on Tuesday. She is as frustrated as we are that we can't establish a cause. Our options are now rapidly dwindling. She has advised us we could try exploratory stuff or a CT, but I feel this would be putting him through too much and he likely wouldn't survive. Vet has suggested we try to give caecotrophs from his healthy brother to try to rebalance his gut. Unfortunately we've not been able to find any as his brother is too good at eating them. We tried a collar briefly, but it caused so much distress we took it off. I'm being realistic and I think we've most likely tried everything we can. In himself he is bright and playful, no indication of any pain (no hiding, belly pressing or tooth grinding). He's still interested in food and the world around him. We let him out in the garden yesterday and he was playing and happy. It feels so unfair, but I don't want him to suffer or put him through anything unnecessary.
