Rimworld of magic

Hello, i am a DM for some time now and I am restarting two groups of 5 people soon. Over the last years i have written a small list of class stuff i don't really like and for the next adventure i changed the features of some classes a little bit.
Maybe some of you who are experienced with this stuff can read over the list and tell me if something is way out of bounds or even still to little.
Artificer: Alchemist: The free Elixiers the Alchemist gets every long rest are not random. Instead of Elixier of Swiftness: Alchemist Firebomb This sticky, adhesive fluid ignites when exposed to air. As an Action, you can throw this flask up to 20 feet, shattering it on impact. Make a Ranged Spell Attack against a creature or object, treating the alchemist's fire as an improvised weapon. On a hit, the target takes 1d4 fire damage multiplicated with your proficiency bonus at the start of each of its turns. A creature can end this damage by using its Action to make a Dexterity check against your spell check DC to extinguish the flames. The Alchemist gets Homunculus Infusion for free. It doesnt count for his Infusion maximum and is always prepared.
Barbarian: Ragebonus counts for every attack with Str (so also for thrown attacks etc). Battlerager: Armor dmg scales with prof bonus. The Battlerager can transform armor into the spiked variant for 50 GP. Berserker: Frenzy is free once per öong rest (so it does not give you exhaust, also we use the one dnd exhaustion rule)
Bard: College of Spirits: Lvl6 Spiritual Fokus does not need the Focus. So straight 1d6 for every spell. College of Whispers: The extra damage from psychic blades is now thrown with the Inspiration die. Two rolls at lvl 3, 3 rolls at lvl 5, four rolls at lvl 10 and five rolls at lvl 15.
Bloodhunter: Mutant: Number of active formulas and mutagens is increased by 1
Cleric: Knowledge Domain: Knowledge of the ages lasts the entire day. War Domain: the Divine strike feature triggers on all weapon attacks not just once per turn.
Druid: Can wear any armor (removed the "metal" condition.)
Fighter: Second Wind scales exaktly like cantrips do.
Monk: Flury of Blows gets you a third attack at lvl 11. Ki-empowered strikes gets you +1 on attack and damage with unarmed strikes. Stillness of mind is now a bonus action. Four Elements: Reduced the cost of everything. All spells cost ki points equal to their lvl. Kensei: Agile parry doesnt require an unarmed strike. Sun Soul: The special attack can be made instead of unarmed strikes. At lvl 5 ou can use it f.e. 4 times with extra attack and FoB. Also reduced the Ki cost for the spells, so the cost is equal to spelllvl. Shadow: If you pay 3 ki for the darkness spell, instead of 2, you can see through your own darkness. Open hand: the healing from wholeness of body is now virtually the same as second Wind, so 1d10+monklevel per short rest.
Paladin Nothing
Ranger Favored enemy is now lvl 2 and functions like the onednd version. So you get Hunters mark and it does not cost conentratio. The fighting style feature is at lvl 1. The original features are gone, we use only Tasha like deft explorer Spellcasting is now prepared. Just like the Paladin.
Rogue: Additional Feature at lvl 5: you can decide to use your reaction to make an attack instead of uncanny dodge if somebody hits you. Inquisitive: can see invisible foes. Gets an additional 1d6 on damage with insightful fighting. Assasin: Put in abilites from the poisoner feat: can apply poison as bonus action at lvl 3 Can create a posion that can deal 3d6 damage at lvl 9. DC scales with Int. Thief: second Story work gives climb speed. use magic device gives additional attunement slot. Thief Reflexes gives an additional bonus action.
Sorcerer: Storm Sorcery: Tempestous magic triggers on all spells. Draconic bloodline: Draconic resilience gives resistance. Elemental Affinity enables you to ignore resistance against your damage type for 1 sorc point (instead of giving you resistance).
Warlock: Celestial: gets one more healing die. Fathomless: The Plunge works up to 10 miles.
Wizard: Transmutation. Shortened time on minor alchemy to 1 Minute.
Stuff i didn't touch has not been played at my table yet. Maybe you can give me your two cents on those changes. Some of it i got from onednd, some from treantmonk, some are my own ideas. The reason most of it is just small additional stuff is, that i am not to comfortable with completely new splashy features.
So what do you think?

Workshopping a final fantasy inspired setting based on the vibes of the most medieval styled like 4 9 etc
Currently it has elemental crystal cities with 4 archfiends and dubiously divine elemental lords that act as the patrons of each city
What are some other interesting ff aspects I can throw in there?
Tech is Renaissance. Magic level is wide with one arch mage/priest per city

In Finland, we have an old 19th-century version of Cinderella by Eero Salmelainen (published as part of a four-volume folktale collection between 1852 and 1866). And as you can see soon, this version of the fairy tale also borrows elements from many other well-known stories.
In this version, Cinderella is a man and he has two brothers but not parents because the parents of these three brothers are dead. The brothers become goose herders in the harbor after the good fairy godfather appears to them in a dream. The brothers take turns shepherding and it is revealed only to Cinderella in the morning that the geese are actually enchanted maidens and the king's daughters who can turn into women but only in his sight.
Cinderella tricks one of the goose maidens into staying with him by hiding her wings, but the older brothers don't believe Cinderella when he returns home and tells about the geese. After this, the goose maid organizes a secret wedding for Cinderella, which is kept hidden from the king. However, Cinderella doesn't know how to keep her mouth shut and immediately tells the king about of their secret wedding, who puts Cinderella to the test with 12 difficult tasks such as cutting down all the trees in the kingdom and then replanting them in their stumps without a seam.
Later in the story, Cinderella gets a magic ring that turns him invisible and Cinderella, with the help of the fiery giant eagle, starts visiting the princess every night in invisible form and hides his name. The goose maidens princess is now locked in a tower and forced to weave gold out of hay, but the invisible Cinderella promises to help if the princess doesn't guess his name, and every night Cinderella brings the princess gold from heaven, drop them into the well and takes the hay away. But then the princess guesses who the invisible man is and Cinderella becomes visible again.
At the end of the story, Cinderella goes to be a soldier to defend the kingdom at the request of the princess, but before he has to go to die in war, Cinderella gets the princess, the goose maid, as her own wife and half of the kingdom, as clichéd a fairy tale ending as it gets.
When I encountered and read this version of the fairy tale for the first time, I was like that what on earth did I just read because I thought based on the name that it would be a regular version of Cinderella. The folk tale collection where you can find that version is called Suomen Kansan Satuja ja Tarinoita.

Hello D&D Reddit~!
I've just finished building a big ol' Black Hole Cult Temple but I have room for 1 or 2 puzzles. My brain is sludge right now, so I'm wondering if any of you big brains would like to help!
Big themes of the "dungeon" are; Graviturgy magic, cultcultcult, electricity, psychic, darkness.
1 is in a room after two big fights. There is an electrified pit of plasma that has some neat items inside. I want to build a puzzle that would de-electrify the plasma. The map I have for the room has what looks like 2 large floating boulder-like-objects. I was thinking maybe some sort of connect the dots, or something that involves moving the rocks somehow?
And another room is a a teleport room. There's a battle against a Living Bigby's Hand & some Boggles, and then bam, there's some sort of teleport device that will lead further into the dungeon. But as the cult doesn't speak any known language to trigger it verbally (they can't speak at all, in fact), I think it'd be cool to have another special way to activate it, but, again, brain sludge.
Throw ideas at me, I'll give d&d puns in return.

I'm looking for fanfics in which Harry chooses to use violence and cruelty on occasion. For example, if he is attacked by a mob of students, he doesn't limit himself to safe spells, but uses traumatic and painful magic. It doesn't have to be dark magic, but it does have to be traumatic. And I'd like to see him start to be feared because of it. It would be nice if he was vindictive and started attacking Malfoy (or other annoying students) in the halls. He should also not be afraid of dark magic, and should use Unforgivable spells if there are no witnesses. Desirable.

If you guys have tried their spell or saw them. How was your experience. Did those spell work for your case? Also which spell did you cast?

Main thing I need are 3 normal company ideas which could actually be a thing in our world. One office job for a big company, two for two smaller companies.
Basically, my characters are, for the sake of simplicity, basically warlocks. They live in a modern day society (like ours) and run a big company, but I have no idea what that company should really BE. I need like around 3 ideas for businesses, one big company and two smaller ones. The idea is that the big company is run by the warlocks, and the other two are smaller companies (also run by warlocks, but different ones that dislike the big company). There’s also one lone character who’s kind of investigating the whole thing because as I said, it’s a modern day society, and in this world, magic isn’t really a thing.
If more explanation is needed, I can explain more about my story. For the most part I feel like a bigger, more in depth explanation is just a bit unneeded though.

I have a slight problem, I love the Sorcery magic system but the mages in my game never run short on points to cast them. (I'm using Quintessence, and Quintessence Points to fuel spells FYI.) One game has gotten quite epic, and the other is sort of X-fileish right now but could veer into a higher stakes game.
The idea I had was to use the cost of the spell divided by either 5 or 10 as the QP cost to cast. Every thing else stayed the same. So if a character bought a spell for 20 cp they would either pay 4 or 2 points to cast it respectively.
How badly would this break the game?

INTRO (Skip to REPORT if not interested)
After reading Entangled Life by Merlin Sheldrake last year I became very interested in the potential of psilocybin. I've done a lot of hanging around on Reddit, reading Double Blind and watching a few videos. I was fascinated by the revelatory and therepuetic effects people were reporting.
I obtained some GT spores and a grow bag and within a couple of months had my own little harvest. My partner and I set the date a couple of months back, got everything ready but amazingly she became pregnant so would be my sober trip sitter!
I'm 45 (yes an old new father!), don't drink or smoke, I eat wild protein where possible (hunt deer), gym, BJJ, own a surf school and work part time in terrestrial conservation, lead a simple life. I became interested because I wanted to delve into my theory of what lies beneath the fundamental forces of the universe: electromagnetism, strong and weak nuclear forces, gravity. (Hobby natural scientist too).
I've had some rough times like everyone but have been journaling and meditating a lot last couple of months which has been quite freeing.
TRIP REPORT
(First experience of beauty)
1400: 2.5g lemon tek with honey, down the hatch, bits and all. I really don't mind the taste of the GTs.
Just relaxing on the sofa under a big clean white duvet with my partner watching Top Gun Maverick. Half an hour alter touch started to feel fantastic. My arms felt longer when I hugged my partner but nothing else was happening. After an hour I just thought I should do a bit more.
1500: 1.2g lemon tek as above. Half an hour later I saw a pattern appear on a white wall and then the wall started breathing. It was so gentle and natural and looked perfect. It felt like I had been sprinkled with magic dust and been 'let in'. I watched the window blinds appearing to gentle ripple in the breeze (the blinds are inside) in fascination. On my partners skin I saw blood vessels and intricate detail. It softly turned purple and began to move. I was stunned and in rapture at the beauty unfolding around me.
First closed eye visuals revealed a beautiful vaulting interior of a temple drawn in neon lines.

Then a strong sympathetic nervous system response kicked in and I began yawning, heart rate increased and I needed to walk some energy off. We got the dogs together and put on warm coats. That all felt quite intense! Outside the intensity dropped a little but I was very cold with all the blood dumped to my muscles and away from the superficial skin. I felt very light (b/c blood in muscles I presume). More yawning to supply muscles with oxygen. I was completely aware of reality but could see wonderful neon tints in my dogs fur, movement in leaves, patterns on the grass, vibrancy in wood grain. We walked down to the ocean but it didn't look any different to normal. We passed a lot of other dog walkers, I wondered if I would get paranoid like being heavily stoned, but it was not so.
The adrenaline was coming in strong waves and bringing mild nausea with it. I felt it would be best to go home and face this head on. I had a bit of indecision getting to that point. We had agreed beforehand that the trip sitter would not mock the tripper, but I think a bit of banter and piss-taking would have helped a bit as everything felt a tad serious because of all the adrenaline sloshing around.

(Headphones and lie down: journey within)
I went upstairs to bed while she stayed downstairs to finish Maverick. I felt I needed to be alone rather than stressing out and having her rub my back and tell me it's ok! Headphones on and Spotify psilocybin playist. I was still getting moving and patterning visuals and my hands were particularly interesting. HR still high, still feeling very adrenalised and awkward. I tried to relax and lean into the stress and feel where it was, but got stuck in a loop.
I can't remember exactly what got me out of it but it might have been 5 seconds of mantra, just thinking 'what the hell' or perhaps the first dose wearing off a bit. Eyes closed, I found myself soaring towards a huge temple wall in the distance full of shapes and faces. Some with jagged teeth. I told myself nothing was here to do me harm.
I could see bright, purple and pink oceanscapes. Suddenly I realised I had sunk into a calmness and was feeling the beauty again. I had a brief moment of self doubt. I brought to mind my recently departed father (we were somewhat estranged) but saw him smiling and sunlit. I saw my ex of 9 years, I thought 'Oh don't let this trip be all about you' (the breakup was very sad but inevitable and we wish eachother the best). But she was soon gently carried away in some bright green lillies and lush aquatic plants. I could feel she was just fine and I wouldn't see her again this trip.
Now I could feel the love that these two people had poured into me. I became aware that we channel the universe's energy by way of chemical energy in our food and all our lives try to radiate the love out. I thought of my mother selflessy doing so much out of love for my sister and I (for as long as I've known her haha) and then tears started streaming. I could see the world as overlapping networks of love spreading out from families into other families. I felt that since the beginning of life love had been leaprfrogging through time via evolutions and down generations driving reproductive behaviours and guiding the ecology of species. 'Cruelties' of nature were the unvierse finding the clearest path for love to continue flowing as energy into the future.
I realised I didn't ever want two people I love to feel hatred towards one another. All of this was set to absolutely gorgeous visuals and colours. The patterns and vaulting scenes had given way to nature-scapes.
I thought of my upcoming fatherhood and saw bright colourful flowers above ground against a white backdrop.
The tears stopped and I opened my eyes. I felt as though I had resolved something or accomplished something very significant.

(Back in the room)
I went downstairs just as Maverick had finished. The inner journey lasted one hour. I told my partner that I had just experienced something amazing and that now I felt completely clear headed and could feel no further effects. My appetite had returned. I felt absolutely refreshed and calm. I could have stood on a platform and delivered a public speech. Before I wondered if there would be a hangover or some artifacts but I just felt calm and good.
It's a few days later and reflecting back I think I got insight into my question as to what is underliyng the fundamental forces of the universe. Why does it to what it does? Why do we have concentration gradients, electrical charge, electron distribution orbitals and so on? To me it seems that this is the way to continue to spread one love that everything has sprung from.
I've got decent second flush coming on in the grow bag but don't feel any need to go deep within again for a while. I'd like to go back to the breathing walls again, but don't know if I'll get struck by the same bliss as it was so unexpected this first time.
I understand now what people say when they describe these mushrooms as intense and what respect really means. This is unlike anything else I have experienced. It's not a drug, to me it doesn't even feel like medicine. Someone on here described it as a gift, that's what it feels like to me.

Here is my story when I was 9 I had a dream I was female and I put on my mums lipstick and panties she asked if I wanted to be a girl and asked if I wanted it cut off(srs) confused 9 year old me was freaked out said no started crossdresing in her clothes in secret and I kept wishing I would magically become female this carried on for years until I was caught mum wanted me to ask in future I still did it in secret but less often eventually had an epiphany age 17 flashback to everything. In my mind light bulb 💡 I'm trans I think I told some people at school classmates but it wasn't until age 19 I had come out to my mum via letter and decided I wanted to transition she shaved my face and my arms iwore her bra and panties to school but I kept my coat 🧥 on all day worrying someone would notice and have a bad reaction I also worried I wouldn't pass so when my mum asked me If im trans for sure I said no when she again asked me If I still wanted to be a girl I said no and I just got on with life for years but in my mind I was thinking I would wait until I have a girlfriend or female BFF I have never had a girlfriend or kissed a girl I have no freinds sp that hasn't happened I didn't crossdress any more I basically tried to forget convince myself I'm a cis male but still the occasional regular thoughts in my mind I wish I'd magically become female in my mind now I'm 25 years old and since January I've been going back and forth I'm trans then I'd convince myself I'm not it doesn't work cycle repeats I'd use face app and similar apps to see myself as a woman I'd smile ☺ I'd delete but then do again and again I'd make profiles under my chosen female name but delete but cycle repeats i don't want surgery or hormones I want to dress female while keeping some of my male clothes my graphic tshirts with pictures and logos and other clothes like that.

I’m eating nothing but roughly 2 pounds of fatty meat and 50 grams of net carbs per day (in the form of cooked and frozen brown jasmine rice). About 2500 kcal per day.
I’m a tall, thin, middle aged male and this clearly seems to put me in some level of ketosis. Muscle cramps at night if I don’t take mag glycinate, I’m drinking water like I’m Moses in the Sinai. I’m experimenting with electrolytes (esp salt since I’m getting a lot of K in the near but not much Na)
Anyway, I have horrific chronic daily migraines. Freaking horrific in the last year and it’s a dismal way to live.
So twice in the early going of this keto phase I got constipated and I resorted to biscodyl the first time (never again! It is most certainly not “gentle” lol) and the 2nd time I took 8 tsp of coconut oil in the AM.
This is the crazy part … both times the diarrhea brought on astonishing runs of migraine free days!!!!!! The first run lasted 3 days and the 2nd run lasted 14 days. Unfortunately, I’m back to the horror show.
Tl;Dr could diarrhea have deepened my ketosis? Or done something to my electrolyte levels? Any ideas on why keto plus diarrhea equals migraine magic for me?
