This episode opens with Laura, Albert and Andy all rejoicing about school being let out for the summer. Pretty funny to hear Andy chant "No more teacher's dirty looks" when the teacher is his own mother. Take that Alice! You know Walnut Grove must be a boring town when the kids all race off to see Kezia first thing. Harriet looks on and yawns, which is totally the appropriate action for this event. Inside the Post Office, Kezia is serving as Postmistress-Of-The-Day. She is opening other people's mail (which is actually a federal offense, played for laughs -- natch) when the kids burst in and announce they can come see her nearly every day. Now I would personally rather fall down a never ending flight of stairs, but that's just me. Over at the Mercantile, Harriet informs the fams that she has started the process of buying a summer place to get away from the insanity of WG. The next thing we see is a crudely made "Lake Kezia" sign with the kids fishing in a canoe as Kezia bellows on. How the heck did this woman inherit a lakeside house? Is she squatting? And how is it that this previously homeless woman who is unemployed most of the time still has a better house than Charles? Bandit looks positively freaked out with the crow on his head. Shut up you old crow (and I'm not referring to the bird either). Later, the kids are lazing on the lawn, still feeling the effects from an all-you-can-eat fish fry as Kezia prattles on about all of her dead husbands and Loch Ness monsters. Kezia outlived 5 husbands? I think the authorities might like to have a word with her. Just then, a government official arrives and Kezia threatens him with her harpoon (which I'm pretty sure is another federal offense). Seems as if Kezia is a tax evader, yet another crime. The official informs Kezia that the taxes have been paid by the new owner, which turns out to be Harriet. Over at the Garvey homestead, everyone bemoans the situation with Andy stating Kezia should be exempt from paying taxes. A similar situation plays out at the Ingalls. The time has come for the transition of power as Harriet arrives with Nellie and Willie. Kezia threatens to kill Mrs. Oleson. This is a family show, mind you. Reverend Alden is also here, attempting to play moderator, which goes very badly for him. He's not very good at reading a room. Eventually, Kezia caves as she has no legal right to the property. Harriet graciously allows her to stay on as the hired help in exchange for room and board.
The "Lake Kezia" sign is now replaced by an elegant looking "Lake Harriet" sign. Harriet yelling "Ke-zee-UHHHH! Bring refreshments for my guests." is one of those things that needs to be heard to be appreciated. Kezia comes out of the shed in uniform. Harriet cracks the whip on her and orders her to feed her 12 guests. Later, the kids and Kezia devise a plan to scare Harriet off the property by making up a Loch-ness type monster in the lake, complete with Albert making noises from some distance away for added effect. Harriet, Nellie & Willie all get woken up by the noises and go out to find Kezia, who spreads some fake news about the source. I think it's supposed to be early morning here, but it looks like late evening outside. Harriet sees through the malarkey and threatens to fire Kezia if she continues with the charade.
Laura heads over to the Mercantile, where she offers up the usual lie about needing things for a "school project", which includes tacks, glue, burlap sack and Roman candles. Nels graciously just donates the things. Yes, Laura just tricked an unwitting Nels into handing over a bunch of things that will be used to scare his wife off the property that she legitimately paid for. That takes real chutzpah. That night, Andy shows some skill at pitting his parents against each other (sort of) by convincing his mother to take down Jonathan's moose head (yet another thing that will be used in the shenanigan). The next day..and in order to further create the illusion of a monster, Laura, Albert & Andy all go underwater while Harriet, Nellie and Willie are playing in the lake and nip at their heels. Laura bites Harriet's foot. That's No Man's Land. Kezia continues to spread alternative facts.
Full Moon Friday has arrived, which means the monster will be making an appearance tonight. Kezia continues to taunt Harriet. Harriet orders Willie back to town to get a shotgun. Willie does as he's told, but Nels loads it with blanks, much to Laura's relief. Harriet, Nellie and Willie are eating supper at the table. Kezia is in the Alice Nelson role of having to prepare the meal while subsequently not being allowed at the table while the family eats. More noises are heard as Harriet and the kids go out to investigate. They find "the monster", which is actually Albert, Laura and Andy all taking up a section of the creature, with the moose head from earlier in front. Harriet shoots at it a couple of times, at which point the Roman candles go off. I'm pretty sure no living thing has sparks coming out of its nostrils, but it does the trick nevertheless. Harriet, Nellie & Willie all run for the hills. Unusual moment as the kids all come in the house with their wet underwear on and hug Kezia. Nels gets in a scare of his own for laughs. Kezia would disappear right after this (and rightfully so).

We were in our car philosophizing about whatever stoned 20 year olds do when we saw a column of white light shoot straight down from the sky and at the exact moment it hit earth all the lights in the neighborhood went out. House lights and streetlights out. The white column of light was reminiscent of the transportation beam from Star Trek. I’ve tried to find a natural explanation but have not been able to. From what I understand for a meteorite to have some sort of emp effect it would have to be fairly large and I’m sure a large enough meteor to do that would have been on the news or something. Another thing is that from what I’ve read is that meteorites give off a green hue when they enter the atmosphere and the light we saw can only be described as white. I won’t be surprised if some of you can show that it was a meteor but if it’s not, what natural explanation is there for it?

I'm sure other people have had the same idea but I personally feel like season 1&2 were the best the other seasons had their moments but 1&2 were best so I wish it would've had ended like this...
Long story short just the basic run down season 1 happens then in season 2 pretty much the same but clay doesn't stop Tyler. The shooting is carried out but the last one to get shot is clay. The screen is blank and showing the same thing that always gets shown when school shootings happen helicopter views, swat team, calls to the police, news reports. Showing the parents and the rest of the school crying, funerals the whole thing but then there's pretty much a rewind of the whole butterfly effect unraveling because everyone did the right thing instead of the wrong thing and pretty much everyone is happy in the end Hannah and clay are together similar to the vision Hannah had of her and clay walking through the hall happy together and it also wouldn't hurt that we'd get jeff back 🥲 but yeah that's what I personally would have wanted or at least something pretty similar I know this "version" would have some plot holes but I'm not gonna go into every detail. I know if that's how the story would've went it could've been written in a way it could work somehow like for example Hannah might have just ended up with justin or maybe if it goes back further to kat never leaving idk I'm not a writer but that's just an idea of how I wish it would've ended
Oh and just a small rant about something that bugged me about Hannah that I noticed...The girl was seriously about to communicate $uicide from being so hurt, lonely and depressed but she still makes cover art for the tapes to look cute and aesthetic? Not saying ut wrong but I was just like ookaay?

i often struggle with what would make an interesting photo and what is exploitative. here is a very recent example...yesterday i am walking in copenhagen with my camera. i'm standing on a corner trying to decide which way to go when i hear shouting. the shouting grows and is joined by the sound of glass breaking. i look around but can't see the source. part of me wants to carry on minding my own business. but the part of me with a camera wants to go see. so i walk towards the sound of breaking glass. there's some sort of men's housing facility it seems...and a fight. within seconds a dude takes off running in the direction of where i was just standing. he's chased by a few others. one of those guys is bleeding a little and doesn't run far. i watch all of this from across the street. then bleeding guy kind of walks around dazed. and at this point i am thinking i am too shy to go ask a guy in distress if i can take his photo. i consider crossing the street and shooting from the hip. but then my fear and/or decency? urge me to walk away. but for an hour or two i regret it. because i know that photo of a guy standing there staring at the lens with a bloody nose and forehead could have been amazing. at the very least it would have been interesting. maybe you have to be willing to exploit to take interesting photos. i doubt weegee gave AF. WWYD??

My friend just tried csgo and is struggling to comprehend spray patterns and basic recoil.
I tried to explain to him that it is just a difference in mechanics from other fps games but he still belittled me for hours about how the conventional ads style of aiming is superior. After an hour of silence he sent me a google doc with the following text:
Guns. Every game has a different take on the function of a gun. Some games choose realistic takes, while others down right laughable. The reticle: csgo: In csgo, the reticle system is very different from other games. The reticle (in the middle of your screen) indicates where you are looking/where your “eyes” are. When shooting, your first shots will be inside the reticle, but the following shots will be outside the reticle. The reticle also moves. In Csgo, the reticle represents your “eyes” which are not fixed to the gun. csgo has no ability to aim down sights on most guns. The best solution: Both solutions utilize recoil, but no “bloom” Hipfire: the ideal solution takes what csgo does right, and removes what it does horribly. csgo’s take on the “eyes” not fixed to the hun while not in “ADS” is very realistic and not represented well in other games. The problem arises with the recoil. Since eyes can gimbal, while shooting, the reticle should not move. With the reticle fixed “when out of ADS”, the gun will move around where the player is not indicated by the reticle. To allow the player to aim the gun while out of ADS, there would be a movement change while shooting. When shooting, the reticle moves much slower than when not shooting, but the gun still moves at the same speed. To allow the play to win the gun, we make some of the rounds tracer rounds. To make clear that the reticle is not where the gun is shooting, it is just an “X” in the middle of the screen. Aiming Down Sights “ADS”: when aiming down sights, the reticle represents the gun's sight. This sight is fixed to the gun, so the gun fires exactly where the reticle is pointing. Due to the reticle being fixed, the recoil of the gun is much more intrusive, but also much more controllable as the reticle indicates exactly where the gun is firing. Movement: csgo: in csgo, if you are moving, the accuracy of the guns are significantly worse, which makes you almost forced to stand still to hit shots. The best solution: Hipfire: while moving fast, the player is only able to Hipfire, and a small amount of extra recoil is added. ADS: if the player wants to ADS, they will only be able to move at walking speed, and a small amount of recoil will be added.

Hello everyone! I’m currently looking for a rp partner who is semi-lit and i usually write 5-15 lines.I mainly do fandom role plays with cannon characters. I mainly do mxm because I’m most comfortable with that writing style. I’m open to any ships just not anything consisting of pedophila and incest. I don’t have any triggers and I’d like fast-ish replies. I’m completely fine with smut and angst as i love building plots. I have multiple plots to use as well! I usually reply as fast as i can because i usually hate leaving people on delivered. For smut related role plays i try to stay away from rape or SA in general. My limits for rping smut is no scat,piss,gore or feet. I prefer doing cannon characters mainly because ocs tend to get quite confusing for me. My only rules i have for roleplaying are 1. Use proper grammar 2. Don’t talk in the first person such as “i look over at him” or “i feel happy” 3. Nothing less than 3 lines (i need something to work with so i can type a reply). NAHARPUR PRINTS :-
4 days before the release of our album, We got in an argument. I had clarified from the beginning i would need 2 things if we're going to do a collaborative album - a primary on the project + 50% splits (In all of our earlier collaboration nothing like this was ever discussed but we're coming together after 3 years and both of us have a brand of our own now, its work and thus i clarified what i needed before hand). He agreed to that. As soon as the masters came I reminded Nanku that make sure it comes on my profile and you make splits. He uses distrokid where he had exhausted all his artist slots, I suggested him to use CD Baby for one time use and we can split the money its required to distribute through it, He said cool ill do it today and inform you. I checked with him 2 days later to find out he distributed it without my name on the album, without informing me, and without making splits. We were on a call about the same thing and as soon as he cut the call he distributed on Distrokid without adding me in the primary, without making any splits and without informing me. When confronted he says "Yaar ab randirona mat kar". It was followed by a long to and fro where I held him accountable and he tried his best to manipulate me into letting it be. Things like "Dude who cares spotify is social media" "Kya farak padta hai naam aye ya na aaye" "Bhai ek hafte baad sabkuch shift hojayega" "Bro is spotify>Life?" "Ab mai album dekhu ya teri wants" And a couple of more totally obnoxious things. I wanted it to be redistributed the proper way, He was adamant on not doing that because that would mean it wont be live at the bombay gig.
About the Bombay launch – His management had the idea of launching the album on Bombay gig. They almost finalised everything and had made their mind before talking to me about it. Next day when they told me, I said dude you know I have my exams coming any moment now, You know I can’t come there, and if it’s a collaborative album both the artists should present it. He told me he wants even if I’m unable to come, him and his team should launch it themselves because it’s “once in a lifetime” opportunity (?) He started guilting me by saying things like “Bhai mai teri jaga hota toh ye hone deta agar mai nahi aa paata toh bhi” “Bhai isey rok mat isey hone de”
I gave in and said cool. Anyway back to where I was
We fought for a while. He said most he can do is submit an edit request to put my name after (issue with that is, most of times, edits reflect after weeks, so the album would still go live without my name; luckily it went through on time and it got sorted however things had turned way too ugly by then) He then involved a LOT of people and created an absolute mess like Roy who decided to call me randomly and explain to me how I should focus more on youtube and other platforms and not spotify and that he'll make videos and do branding work for me if I let this slide (?).
Anyway. Later that night, He decided to get shit drunk and shout like an absolute maniac at me how i am a fucking this up, simply for wanting my name on my work (lmao) , it got very ugly and got to the point where I wanted it to be canned. The central theme of the project was the time we spent at Naharpur, our friendship, It seemed very lame and meaningless after hearing these things from my “Friend”. I told him i dont wanna produce this anymore, take your songs and produce them yourself to which this dude replies "Teri beats to mai le raha hu, kya karega? Case karega?" and laughed. I warned him if he does that, i will premiere it right now on youtube. He said cool karle. I set the premiere, Informed him that i am doing that. He said alright
If the album comes it will come my way or it wont. Not rijul's way, Not Roy's way, Not anyone else's way. I worked equally hard and contributed a lot more than just beats. If the other half of the project wants to be inconsiderate and selfish, I don’t have any business considering what he wants as well.
Next day they told me I HAVE to come to bombay (In his defense, he had booked expensive last moment tickets for me to come to the gig) But no way I was gonna stay one whole day with this maniac. I cancelled the flight.
During the launch i see him branding the whole thing as "My album", his friends potraying it as “Bhai ki album” and these subtle things. Next day he went ranting and bitching to everyone about how i uploaded "without informing" him and fucked the launch, completing leaving the part he threatened me. Telling people they should not work with me. Verbally harassing my friend Toorjo multiple times for hours at a time (who wasnt even involved in this any way) because he couldnt get to me. Telling him he should watch his back with me, intrestingly he had the same thing to say about Toorjo to me just a few months ago (lol)
PS - my tweet about Reddit review of the album wasn't meant in a bad way and I was not complaining about it. It was just suprising because the songs I was least confident about were appreciated the most (BOP and Zubaida) and opposite with songs i was sure about (Trippy, Dhishkyau!, SOJA).
After a few days, Karun on a call with toorjo said "I don't want to be associated with you guys anymore" and was pretty rude in general, I gave it back to him but I saw them milking our releases 2 days later at paid gigs. If you really do not want to be associated, why not stop playing our instrumentals at gigs? Why not clear royalties and move forward? Fuck that, why not take down and builld the album fresh like you did with Itti si?
J BLOCK
My scene with J block was not related to royalties, it was more of a personal thing. J block had royalty issues with Siddhant, him being a friend, I was standing up for him. It started with Siddhant finding out they split gig money amongst themselves but don’t keep Siddhant in the loop, after which Lonekat flipped out. They held his royalties (650$) for months and then started saying we dont have it, have sent it back to the distribution site, which is impossible. Not sure what happened afterward, stopped following up on that. They also claimed to have “made” Siddhant when in reality, they only started getting any sort of traction after Siddhant came in to the picture. They also used personal incidents Siddhant shared with Lonekat in confidence to trigger and personally attack him. And the worst of it all, they said they’ll send a “bill” to Siddhant for production, mixing mastering, recording his songs. Why would Siddhant pay you for songs that he wrote, recorded, made videos for and agreed to give it to you to put on your channel? He's working and putting stuff on YOUR channel. It’s like I can’t ask someone to give me a verse on my song which is going to release through me and then also say “it’ll cost you to rap on my beat” it doesn’t make sense. After the “bill” thing, Siddhant asked them to remove his stuff. Faizan asked to not include his guitar if Bandeya is reuploaded but when I asked him to take down my songs nicely and politely, it was a big deal? Lol. That’s exactly what you did with Bandeya.
AGAAHI RAAHI -
I agree with Agaahi that I have not been professional and striking isnt the way to deal with things, however he completely skipped the part where It had not come to that before he said something along the lines of – Song isnt coming down do whatever you want, take it down if you can – or something like that. Not sure, don’t have the chats anymore. Hence "gundagardi". I retracted all the strikes the very same day when Circle Tone and Saqlen mediated things. But not surprised Agaahi would talk shit about now out of all times, Block and associated have been trying to ride on Udbhav and Karun’s hype since way too long. Also what’s this “We should call him out” ya’ll already did with some kids putting stories about me after you told them stuff. And weird of him to use Naezy incident against me now when he was very quick to shit on Naezy on facebook posts in support of me when it happened.
NAEZY –
I was in 10th or so when Naezy’s first track had come out (2014-2015). I was very active in the Facebook hip hop community and started talking to Naezy there. He asked me if I can produce, I was fairly new at production. He asked me for a beat on which him and his friends could shoot a cypher on. Few months later he blew up and got signed so I assumed the cypher wont happen anymore and forgot about it. Me and Naezy didn’t communicate after it. 2017 I randomly see that very same beat being used in Bombay 70 – MAMI short film, I wasn’t told anything about my beat being used and there was no credits as such, On reaching out to Naezy he didn’t do anything about it and I let it slide. 3 years later I saw him actually release that song. No permission, No informing, No producer credits in the title (It was pretty standard at that time in hip hop songs). On confronting he said “Description me likha hai na, kaafi hai permission aur title ka kya karna hai” etc. He did some similar shit with the artists who used to make artworks for him. We collectively decided to call him out for these things.
LASTLY –
Feeling solely entitled to a collaborative piece of work seems to be a common issue in all these incidents. I don’t think its very hard to grasp you cannot claim 100% ownership of work you got done for free.
Someone said royalties arent significant in amount, why fight over it – No one knows when a song might blow up, we never knew Aajkal would have half a mil streams 3 years later or Heeriye 800k. Plus if its so hard to get royalties which are small in amount what do you think is going to happen when they are big in number?
I don’t have people to babysit me through a music career unlike some of the people mentioned , So excuse me if i come on a lil too strong to get my share of whatever I have made. I have to look after myself and my work and I don’t find anything wrong in doing so. I’m just trying not to get screwed in the name of brotherhood and friendship. Friends don’t pull shit like this for a couple of claps, views and story mentions.

I have been eyeing the Sony 16-35 Pz for a while now because I love the focal range as I am looking for a wide angle lense to shoot music videos. I love the quality that the lens produces my only issue is that it is capped at f4 and majority of my clients want low light shots. I was wondering if anyone that currently has this lense can give me any info about how this lense performs in low light.
I am aware of the f2.8 version of this lens but it is way out of my budget, another lens I was recommended was the Tamron 17-28 but I liked the sharpen of the sony 16-35 Pz better.
