I had surgery for ileostomy about 10 days ago and am currently on my 2nd day home from the hospital.
On the first day I had some food which I think has caused a partial blockage in my stoma bag as it is filling very slowly compared to what I am eating which I am now on the 2nd day
I don't have any cramps or anything but I have serious gas causing me to burp a lot
Any idea what I should do ?

Someone that shoves all the toys, plush, and board games (dozens) into their 5 duffle bags at a church rummage sale, then sits in a corner on the floor comping them all with their butt crack showing is not “hustling” or “grinding,” it’s disgusting. They’re basically reserving all the items for themselves, then putting back the unwanted scraps. At least comp at the table and allow others to look around as well. I felt embarrassed watching. May their hunger be satisfied.

I am flying out today and have a few lighters i’m bringing home. They are all BIC lighters that have fuel in them. I don’t have a check bag, just my carry on. Am i allowed to bring these in my check bag, and will it cause any delay? Thanks!

Hi! Beginner here. first time ever doing any sort of gardening. Got thrown in head first by my s/o when he showed up with a bag of seed potatoes and my hyper fixation/ too much gene kicked in and made me buy some strawberries. Then onions… then 3 different kinds of tomatoes, two different cucumbers, and some banana peppers. Everything has been going (and growing) great!(I think; still not sure about my potatoes.) Anyways, all of that leads in to this; I’m addicted and still absolutely clueless about most if not everything. Im here in zone 6 or 6b (I think 6b but not sure of the difference) and would like to know what flowers - if any - I could still start from seeds. I’d be starting them in the seed cell black tray things inside of my little greenhouse. Any suggestions or help would be great!

Experts - looking for advice here. I was asked to make some pulled pork for a neighbors high school grad party, but I’m not going to be in town for the event. I’m planning on cooking a week in advance, storing, and having them reheat and serve. I’m thinking putting pork in vacuum seal bag and sealing without the vacuum to retain the moisture, then refrigerate or freeze. Any tips/advice/thoughts?
Is there a huge benefit to the vacuum portion - I heard you can freeze the pork first and then vacuum seal it (without the pre freezing the vacuum will remove moisture). For a weeks time is it better to freeze or refrigerate? How do you guys do this to maximize the quality? And of course- how well does this work? (If it’s going to be poor quality no matter what then I’ll try to just cook closer to the date)

I am in the process of mixing a batch of new salt water for a water change. I’m only running a carbon bag, filter balls and a filter floss.
Is this just a algae bloom? Never had one so I’m confused as I added nothing new to the tank in about a month.

Bless my husband for going grocery shopping, he really does try. However he has NO concept of getting food on a budget. If he has $10 for a weeks worth of lunches he will buy a fancy deli sandwich on the first day and blow through the next 3 weeks worth of lunch money half way through week one. Then we are scrambling for food the rest of the month.
He will buy name brand everything, precut fruit, $7 bags of gourmet pasta, boxes of junk food twinkies the kids blow through in 2 days...We have a family of 4 and are dirt poor. If we don't do things strategically we don't eat nutritious food the last week of the month or we blow money needed for bills on food and then get behind on rent. Bills could be paid if everyone wasn't so picky and spent 20 more minutes looking for sales at the store.
I have no problem going shopping on my own to do the dirty work looking for coupons and cheap things like flour, salt ect to make homemade healthier snacks. We live 15 miles away from the nearest grocery store so we have to plan getting groceries around appointments to save gas. He just can't stand spending the extra time in the store to save money. I know it sucks but being behind on bills and owing family money also sucks.
Love the man dearly and at the end of the day is the stress of being poor really worth losing quality time with the person I love. Probably not. Uuugh just needed to get that out. Being poor is exhausting!

So I was on call last night with my long distance boyfriend and I love him alot but sometimes he can be stupid and so can I anyways I was in my house it was late at night and this was before I jumpscare myself and him I was laying down on the couch talking to him on call and he said "are you alone" I said yea and didn't think anything of it at the time and he said ok then I asked why and he said no reason that made me put my guard up and made me think of horror movie scenes and thought that my life was gonna end soon but it was just a joke then later on im in my room and my dog ate something and it looked like she was about to puke and she was in my room with me and I was looking for what she ate so I was going through my stuff to see whats missing and my bf asked about my pills(I had pills because I just had crutches and I hate them but I don't need them anymore) and I had a Starbucks bag right next to it with the logo on it and at the time I had a filter and guess what the filter popped up on the Starbucks bag and we both thought oop ghost and I ran out of there scared with my life then later on I realized oh it was just the bag im fine so I admit I'm stupid when I'm tired

I just had a frustrating encounter with moisture in my camera lens, and I wanted to share a nifty little hack I discovered to tackle this problem. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, this method might just save your day.
So, here's the story: I was out shooting some beautiful pictures of my fishes in my fishing tank by submerging my s21 ultra but after I was done I noticed water behind my camera lenses and I did realise that may be the build quality or the adhesive quality of the camera lenses were not up to the level it should've been
After researching online and experimenting with different methods, I stumbled upon a unique technique that involved using a vacuum and a hair dryer. I was skeptical at first, but desperate times call for desperate measures, right?
Here's what I did:
First, I turned off my phone. It's crucial to take precautions to avoid any potential damage during the process.
Next, I set my hair dryer to the lowest heat setting and carefully directed the warm air onto the lens for a few minutes. The idea behind this step is to heat up the lens and the trapped moisture.
Once I felt that the lens was warm enough, I turned off the hair dryer and immediately positioned a small vacuum cleaner with a narrow attachment over the camera lens. Make sure to create a tight seal between the vacuum and the lens to maximize suction.
With the vacuum turned on, I gently pressed it against the lens and held it in place for a minute or so. The vacuum's suction power, coupled with the heated air, created a favorable condition for moisture extraction.
Afterward, I carefully removed the vacuum and inspected the lens. To my delight, the moisture was significantly reduced, and the hazy spots had vanished!
I must emphasize that this method should be approached with caution and only used as a last resort. It's crucial to use the lowest heat setting on your hair dryer to prevent any damage to the lens or other camera components. Additionally, avoid applying excessive pressure with the vacuum to prevent any mishaps.
Remember, prevention is better than cure. It's always a good idea to protect your S21 ultra from moisture by using proper watertight cases, camera bags, and silica gel packs in damp conditions. But if you find yourself facing a moisture issue, give this method a try!
