Je (M24) vais bientôt être papa d'un garçon (29 aout 2023). Je n'habite pas présentement avec la mère (F25) mais nous sommes ensemble depuis 8 ans (Depuis la fin du secondaire). Nous voulons déménager à Montréal !
Je : - suis étudiant temps plein en ingénierie logicielle à la polytechnique - travaille temps partiel à (1100 $/mois) - n'est pas de dette - 200 $ mensuel de paiement tout inclut - Assez pour 2 mois de paiement pour l'appart
Ma copine : -a fini son diplôme en économie à concordia -travaille au service de garde (800$/mois), elle va avoir son congé de maternité bientôt (elle est à 7mois) -pas de dette
L'année passe, j'ai fait 30 000$ avec mes stages et elle a fait 10 000
Je sais que le cout de vie est cher et que ça va me couter environ 2000 $/mois pour survire. Même si je suis étudiant à temps pleins, je serai prêt à travailler et à étudier à temps pleins (je l'ai déjà fait). Mais si les prestations couvrent, j'éviterai de travailler à temps pleins.
Donc, je voudrais savoir, quelles sont les prestations qu'on aura le droit avant et après que l'enfant est né, si elle aura un congé de maternité et comment il est calculé ? Est-ce que j'aurai accès à mes prêts et bourses scolaires ? (avant, je n'avais pas le droit cause parentale)

Vlaganje v nepremičnine ima s Sloveniji dolgo tradicijo. Cene stanovanj zadnje čase rastejo v nebo. Vprašati pa se moramo če je to res najboljša naložba? Nikakor ni, to pa zato ker:
Prvič: Večino nepremičnin ne moremo prodati po delih ampak le v celoti. Drugič: Posedovanje nepremičnine je povezano s stroški, če jih oddajamo imamo lahko težave s podnajemniki. Tretjič: donosi na kvadratni meter stanovanj so veliko manjši kot donosi skladov. Ne verjamete?
V začetku leta 2007 je bil kvadratni meter rabljenega stanovanja v Ljubljani 2630 €, aprila 2022 pa je cena narasla na 3342 €, torej za 27%.

Kontext:
Ich und meine Frau wohnen in der Schweiz zur Miete in einem günstigen Haus auf dem Land. Beide Mitte Zwanziger. Keine Kinder, aber Kinderwunsch. Ich arbeite in der IT, meine Frau ist Lehrerin. Ich 100%, sie 90%.
In meinem Job bin ich von Leuten umgeben, die alle relativ viel verdienen. Zum einen sind da die Väter, alle um die 40, zum anderen die Jungen in meinem Alter.
Die Väter haben alle die dicksten Autos, Audi E-Tron, Mercedes EQV, Volvo KeineAhnungWasEinfachRiesig etc. Viele wohnen zur Miete in fetten Attikawohnungen zu knapp 3k / Monat. Da fängts schon an, wieso ist das so "normal" geworden ein riesig dickes Auto zu leasen?? Manche bezahlen >1000 / Monat fürs Leasing. Könnte man ja noch sagen, sie können sich ja den Luxus leisten, wenn sie wollen. Alles schön, aber alle müssen ihre Kinder mehrere Tage pro Woche in die Kita geben, weil ihre Frau 60-80% arbeiten MUSS, damit es finanziell funktioniert. WTF? Mit den Kita Preisen in der Schweiz (und ohne staatliche Unterstützung, da zu viel Lohn) ist das fast eine Nullrunde für sie. Dafür sehen sie ihre kleinen Kinder massiv weniger. Was sind das für Prioritäten?
Auf der anderen Seite haben wir die Jungen. Ein Beispiel an meinem besten Kollegen: Mitte zwanzig, hatte ein zuverlässiges Auto, welches er vor ein paar Jahren bar gekauft hat. Schönes Sportmodell. Letztes Jahr dann Jobwechsel zu meinem Arbeitgeber, damit eine dicke Lohnerhöhung. Was macht er? Auto eintauschen gegen Neuwagen, gröbstes Sportmodell, Leasing natürlich. Dann zieht er aus seiner Wohnung in der Nähe um in eine gleich grosse, weiter entfernte Wohnung, weil es ein Neubau ist, und sich halt besser flexen lässt so. Dadurch natürlich höhere Mietzinsen. Jetzt hat er begonnen Golf zu spielen, kein Ding, schnell 1200.- für den Einsteigerkurs, 800 für ein (immerhin Occassion) Golfset, und jedes mal 50-100.- für den Platz. Aber sich konstant beschweren, dass er mehr Lohn will. ??????
Auf der anderen Seite kenne ich Leute, die wirklich wenig verdienen (Pflege), sich aber trotzdem einreden, dass sie einen Dauercampingplatz irgendwo "brauchen", um sich am Wochenende entspannen zu können?? Alle 2-3 Wochen Spa-Ausflug. Alle paar Wochen eine neue "Fruchtsaft-Kur" oder was halt gerade im Trend ist. (Fruchtsäfte werden natürlich in einem Abo jeden Tag nachhause geliefert) WTF?? Aber sich bei jeder Gelegenheit beschweren, dass sie 0.- auf der Seite haben, und sich etwaige Gesundheitskosten nicht leisten können. Mit 60 noch 100% arbeiten müssen, um gerade so über die Runden zu kommen. ?????
Ich und meine Frau verdienen zusammen circa 10'000 Netto / Monat, Sparrate circa 70%. Da wir für ein Haus sparen, leben wir sparsam. Trotzdem haben wir nicht das Gefühl, auf irgendetwas verzichten zu müssen. Und trotzdem gönnen wir uns weniger als alle Leute die ich kenne. Unsere Hobbies sind wandern, gärtnern, Fitness/Boxen (im Homegym, günstig eingerichtet vor 3.5 Jahren), campieren, basteln etc. etc. Alles günstig bis gratis. Unsere Autos sind alte Occassionen, bar bezahlt, von mir repariert/instandgehalten. Für uns ist ganz klar, sobald wir das Haus haben, und mit Kindern beginnen, muss meine Frau nicht mehr arbeiten, wenn sie nicht möchte. Sie kümmert sich dann um die Kinder, und ich reduziere auf so wenig wie möglich. Gemeinsame Zeit mit der Familie ist doch tausend mal wichtiger, als irgend ein teures Auto oder eine Prunkbude.
Wie gesagt, keine Ahnung was der Sinn dieses Posts ist. Ich fühle mich einfach immer wieder in einer anderen Welt, wenn ich bei Gesprächen bei der Arbeit zuhöre, wo über Neuanschaffungen gesprochen wird. Neue Kaffemaschine? Nur das beste für ne Tonne. Neues Velo? Teurer als was ich für ein AUTO bezahlen würde. Service für besagtes Velo? Ganz klar machen lassen, und dafür mehr bezahlen, als ich für einen Auto-Service in der Garage bezahlen würde, würde ich ihn nicht selber machen. Neuer Essenstisch muss hin? Budget: 5000.-. Jährliches Ferien-Budget für die Familie? 25'000.-, kein Problem (kein Witz). Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass JEDEN MITTAG entweder bestellt oder essen gegangen wird, für mind. 20.- pro Person.
Ich und meine Frau gehören wohl zu den Top 10% oder so, lohnmässig, und wir sind uns unserem Glück durchaus bewusst und dankbar. Ich sehe aber einfach den Reiz nicht das ganze Geld zu verballern. Das wird doch irgendwann langweilig?

In event that production, technical, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a choosing from all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
14) Indemnification
You agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold ZAM and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the Sweepstakes, harmless, from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, (a) any condition caused by events beyond ZAM’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (b) the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; and (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.
15) Publicity
Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, you consent to the use of your name, photograph, likeness, voice, opinions, information, biographical information, entry and statements attributed to you (if true), hometown and jurisdiction of residence for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes, including without limitation, inclusion in ZAM’s newsletters, social media accounts and affiliated websites and the applicable Sweepstakes webpage, without further compensation.
16) Governing Law
These Official Rules, and any action related thereto, will be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, federal arbitration law and the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of laws provisions. Except as otherwise expressly set forth in Section 15 “Dispute Resolution and Arbitration” the exclusive jurisdiction for all Disputes (defined below) that you and ZAM are not required to arbitrate will be the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California and you and ZAM each waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
17) Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
a) Mandatory Arbitration of Disputes. We each agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof or participation in the Sweepstakes (collectively, “Disputes”) will be resolved solely by binding, individual arbitration and not in a class, representative or consolidated action or proceeding. You and ZAM agree that the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules, and that you and ZAM are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. This arbitration provision shall survive termination of these Official Rules.
b) Exceptions. As limited exceptions to Section 15(a) above: (i) we both may seek to resolve a Dispute in small claims court if it qualifies; and (ii) we each retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court to prevent (or enjoin) the infringement or misappropriation of our intellectual property rights.
c) Conducting Arbitration and Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (the “AAA Rules”) then in effect, except as modified by these Official Rules. The AAA Rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. A party who wishes to start arbitration must submit a written Demand for Arbitration to AAA and give notice to the other party as specified in the AAA Rules. The AAA provides a form Demand for Arbitration at www.adr.org. Any arbitration hearings will take place in the county (or parish) where you live, unless we both agree to a different location. The parties agree that the arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to decide all issues relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability and scope of this arbitration agreement.
d) Arbitration Costs. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA Rules, and we won’t seek to recover the administration and arbitrator fees we are responsible for paying, unless the arbitrator finds your Dispute frivolous. If we prevail in arbitration we’ll pay all of our attorneys’ fees and costs and won’t seek to recover them from you. If you prevail in arbitration you will be entitled to an award of attorneys’ fees and expenses to the extent provided under applicable law.
e) Injunctive and Declaratory Relief. Except as provided in 13(b) above, the arbitrator shall determine all issues of liability on the merits of any claim asserted by either party and may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to provide relief warranted by that party’s individual claim. To the extent that you or we prevail on a claim and seek public injunctive relief (that is, injunctive relief that has the primary purpose and effect of prohibiting unlawful acts that threaten future injury to the public), the entitlement to and extent of such relief must be litigated in a civil court of competent jurisdiction and not in arbitration. The parties agree that litigation of any issues of public injunctive relief shall be stayed pending the outcome of the merits of any individual claims in arbitration.
f) Class Action Waiver. YOU AND ZAM AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, if the parties’ Dispute is resolved through arbitration, the arbitrator may not consolidate another person’s claims with your claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this Dispute Resolution and Arbitration section shall be null and void.
g) Severability. With the exception of any of the provisions in Section 15(f) (“Class Action Waiver”), if an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction decides that any part of these Official Rules is invalid or unenforceable, the other parts of these Official Rules will still apply.
18) Languages. These Official Rules may be made in multiple language versions. In the event of a dispute as to the terms of different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
19) Country Specific Notices.
20) If any provision of these Official Rules is invalid under the law, rules, or regulations of a particular country, it will only apply to the extent permitted.
21) No Affiliation with Social Media Channels.
22) This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any of the social media channels used in connection with this Contest.
