I’m sorry this is as long as the fucking bible, but I need somewhere to rant into. I just wanna be a cis guy, everything feels too hard like this. I have this constant mindset of needing to prove I’m trans enough and I’m making my entire life hell and I can’t stop, every minute of every day is spent stressed if I’m just faking it or if I’m misinterpreting everything. I can’t be happy about anything anymore because it always leads to the thought of “you don’t know what you actually want” I’ve had 2 full panic attacks today and I’ve only been up for 3 hours now. Sometimes I’ll get random moments of clarity and I’ll feel good for several hours, feeling like I’m a boy with no confusion, and it feels amazing, it’s the only times I’m happy these days but the slightest things can shake me out of this mindset and back into constant anxiety and judgment. My therapist has said that I seem to be severely lacking in reassurance and validation from others, and he’s right. My dysphoria was so bad that I had to switch to an online school because being in public and knowing I’m perceived female made it impossible to function in any way, so all I have are my parents (I’m a minor so I still live at home with them) and they aren’t supportive. My dad usually just doesn’t acknowledge me being a guy and has made pretty much no effort in trying to change anything (but when he does say anything it’s usually bad, he told me I’ll always be his daughter the other day and that I need to be more grateful for my birth name), but my mom makes me feel so much worse. For the first 2 months or so after I first came out she would come into my room randomly and scream at me for hours about how I never used to be like this and how I’m making a mistake and don’t understand how I feel. It’s been about a year and a half since I told them and I mom still does that sometimes. I don’t have any close friends either, I have some friends but most of my truely close friendships have faded out over the years, the friends I do have are well intentioned but they aren’t very good at helping me, I asked one for advice and they said I should join a sport but said I should probably join a girls team, I know they didn’t mean it in a bad way but I could have cried then and there. (TW: self harm and suicide) I’ve never felt suicidal until about 3 months ago when this anxiety started, I’d always been able to hope for things getting better in the future but everything feels so heavy now. I don’t even know what a better future would look like because all I can think about is the idea that I’ll grow out of everything or that I’m wrong about my feelings. I think I was carrying a lot before this period of time but something just burst it feels like, all of the things I had been scared of are just flooding into me at once. I think it first started when I watched a detransition video. It’s taken me so long to understand why I’m so scared of anything related to detransition but I think it’s the thought of not being male rather than anything else, I’d rather kill myself than try and live as a woman and at this rate I’m scared that I’m going to try doing that. I think I’ve always been an obsessive and a logical person which is a really shitty combination right now, I just can’t justify me being trans and it scares me. It should be easy “I feel happy and truely at home as a man” but like…wouldn’t that also just be the same thing someone who detransitioned felt? I can’t logically separate myself and it makes me feel like everything is collapsing. My therapist also had a conversation with me on how self harm can be a method to feel like we have control over something, and I think that’s the best way to put it for me, I’ve never needed to do it before but now it’s the only thing that seems to calm me down. I feel so helpless like this, I’m sitting wearing 2 binders with a blanket over my head sobbing on my swingset in my backyard as I type this, I feel pathetic. I don’t even think it was this bad when I first realized I was trans, it was hard and the first interaction I had with trans stuff back then was that Abigail Shrier book, it was bad but it was never THIS intense. My therapist (there’s a lot of my therapist moments, I’m sorry) has told me that I need to stop looking at transphobic right wing media, it just scares me tho, I feel like I need to, it’s kinda addictive almost. It feels good to know what people are saying about you even if it leads to panic attacks, and I feel like I need to prove them wrong, that I’m not in a progressive echo chamber like they say, and that I know how to “take criticism” but now I feel to fatigued and hate myself too much to argue. It’s this sort of paranoia I guess tho, I took everything to heart and now I am where I am. Did I do this to myself? I think at this point I’m just trapped in the hole I dug myself. I don’t wanna be trans, I just wanna be a guy, or maybe nothing at all. Everything hurts in all directions and I have so much more to say, so much about my childhood, my feelings, the people I know. But I’m kinda just ready to…stop existing yknow? I won’t actually do anything, I hate pain and commitment way too much to kill myself. I just wanna think about it.

Just looking for some advice. I was Stage 2B, orchiectomy around Xmas time and the tumor was almost 5cm. Scans showed four lymph nodes enlarged with the biggest at 2.8x1.9mm. Bloodwork showed AFP at 4600 at orchiectomy, dropped to 23 at scans. Went through 3xBEP and finished mid April.
Follow up scans showed everything decreased though one node was still at 1.8x1.1mm. Bloodwork is 100% normal. Oncologist recommended RPLND as that one node is still in the recommended removal size range.
I'm back to the Urologist this Thursday to talk RPLND. I'm pretty against Open RPLND but willing to talk about laparoscopic or other less invasive methods.
I'm at that point where it's been a long 6 months and I kind of just want to be done and get to surveillance. I go back and forth mainly because my tumor was 30% teratoma so what is left in the node could be nothing or could be slow spreading that wont show up on blood work.
Anyone been in this spot? I'm torn between close surveillance or surgery and recovery over the unknown "just one lymph node"

My roommate is quite a piece of work. He's a 38-year-old who seems to have a penchant for engaging with girls between 20-25, particularly those with a history of past trauma. Unfortunately, he leverages his manipulation skills to take advantage of these unsuspecting young women.
His methods involve showering them with attention and affection when he wants something from them, only to ghost them or make excuses when he wants to pursue others behind their backs. His toxicity doesn't stop there, as he's also extremely possessive and regularly uses gaslighting to control these women. This isn't the kind of man you'd want anywhere near your sister or friend.
The predicament I'm facing is that I've grown close to a couple of these girls, with one in particular becoming a good friend of mine. I'm at my wit's end trying to figure out how to handle this situation.
What's heartbreaking is the naivety these women display concerning how they're being treated. They seem oblivious to the fact that they're being used. After sharing a pleasant day with him filled with laughter and sweet words, they willingly accept when he claims to be "busy for the weekend." Little do they know that he's off chasing another girl behind their back.
I've confronted my roommate about his deplorable behavior, telling him that I won't cover for him anymore. But this doesn't feel like enough. I want these girls to understand the severity of what's happening, but I'm uncertain whether it's my place to interfere.
On a positive note, I'll be moving out soon, so I won't have to bear witness to this anymore. I also plan on distancing myself from him once I leave. However, I'm unsure about what to do in the interim. These girls confide in me, sharing their stories and concerns, while I struggle to restrain myself from shouting, "HE'S TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOU!"
In fact, I did say exactly that once when I'd had a few drinks and couldn't stand hearing it any longer. Their response was a disappointing "but he's usually nice to me" and "isn't he your friend?".
I desperately need some advice. How should I handle this situation?

You have to burn the string and paper you have used in the process of curse removal, after washing out the salt in running water.
You are now free from any curse.
Though you are curse free after DIY curse removal method still you should wear a good luck charm like a pendant with rose quartz etc. for at least 9 days. It will improve your defense system by healing the damages caused by the curse.

In this way, just by following few steps you can get rid of your curse without becoming a magical person like Harry Potter. 2.) I was going for a dragon-themed jump. So, I was wondering. Should I go for a partially (like a D&D half dragon/Dragonborn, or anime monster girl dragon, or whatever) or fully on a dragon? I figure doing so would be thematic for the jump, but it might make certain gauntlets rather... difficult. Like in an all-human setting, where you probably have to worry about being dissected or hunted down by scared villagers. I suppose this applies to all body mods and chain drawbacks that make the jumper look inhuman (like "A giant among jumpers" or "Unbearable" from the UDS or the bestial body type from Quick Silvers..
2.5.) Depending on the answer to #2, what is the best way to pull it off? I'm thinking maybe the maximum option for proportions in the SB supplement,

- [Free] Adjust proportions within the scale of what is possible for a human naturally.
- [50 CP] Adjust proportions within the scale of what is possible for modern surgical body-modification. Additionally includes some cosmetic modifications like split tongues, Elf- or Animal-Ears etc.
- [100 CP] Freely adjust proportions so long the end result is biologically viable. Allows to become inhumanly tall or tiny, as well as replacing anatomical features with that of animals. Do note that any potential changes that are listed under the Extra Bits section have to be bought there separately.

Or maybe the essential body mod, but I'm worried it's a bit too powerful.

3.) When the UDS says you without specifying whether it's the author or jumper, like here, which is it referring to?

Sadist-Chan [+150]: Sadist-Chan has replaced the friendly Jump-Chan. She insists you always take whatever jump-specific drawback you’d least like to take in each jump. She isn’t evil though, so you don’t have to take any Drawback that would include a scaling enemy, no-win scenario, amnesia/powerlessness or chain ender. You still can if you choose to and it still counts for this as long as you legitimately dislike the Drawback you’re taking. Sadist-Chan is worth a total of +200 if one of these two things are true; If the jump has nothing priced so you’d waste 50 CP or if the Drawback you must take is valued at 300 CP or more. If the Drawback you must take is valued at 600 or more, you gain a total of +300 CP from Sadist-Chan. ChainOnly.

4.) Does Retail Rocker apply to both jump doc/supplement drawbacks, and UDS drawbacks?

Retail Rocker [Special]: Discounts are for poor people. You’re a Jumper of Quality. You always pay full price. Always. But in exchange, you now get double the CP from all drawbacks you take. If something else would modify the CP you’d get from a Drawback, Retail Rocker’s bonus is calculated only from the original raw value and cannot be modified by anything. Example: You take a drawback worth 200 CP, but have ‘What Are Drawbacks’ that adds 50 CP to that value, and are under the effects of ‘Gauntlet-Kun’ which doubles the base value and it’s a background specific drawback from Princess Bride, meaning it should be valued at 300 CP to start with…. Retail Rocker ignores all the modifiers and just gives a bonus 200 CP which isn’t ever modified by anything else. They still give their own bonuses, they just don’t interact with each other. You get +100 JP per jump for Slot-O-Matic.

5.) For trouble central/black hole, would it be nerfing the drawback to make it not be too disruptive to the plot or setting on a meaningful level? Like if Worm was suddenly derailed by a war between the US and Russia, Dresden Files Chicago has a huge fire that burns half of it down, an important character randomly dies in a car crash, etc. Similarly for Aft Gang Agley not being bad enough to make plans pointless.

Trouble Magnet [+200]: Bad things will always cluster around you. Things will not go smoothly. There is a +10% cumulative chance per week of something personally happening to you, The Jumper, that will personally inconvenience or annoy you. Thus if you have the base, the chance each week is 10%, but if nothing happened to you in week 1, there’s a 20% chance in week 2, and a 30% chance in week 3. This resets to the baseline once something bad happens to you.
Trouble Central [Another +100]: You attract trouble, not just to you but to everyone nearby. Bandits will attack your train, rival nations will invade wherever you happen to be, and natural disasters seem more common. The frequency of low level bad things(fires in nearby buildings, robberies in stores you’re shopping in, murders in towns you’re visiting, attempted muggings) is about 25% per day. Moderate bad things (terrorist attacks, murder attempts, bandit attacks on people you’re travelling with) happen in about 25% of weeks. Very bad things (Wars, Hurricanes, Earthquakes) have a 25% chance per month of occurring. This also increases your personal bad luck from +10% to +15%. Requires Trouble Magnet. Extremely bad things don’t happen because of this...
Trouble Blackhole [An additional +100]: unless you upgrade to this in which case they happen roughly once every 4 years. And your personal bad luck rises to 20%. Requires Trouble Central.
Aft Gang Agley [+200 or +300]: Yeah, for some reason, your plans often go a bit off the rails. No plan survives contact with the enemy, but yours fall apart a lot faster than they should for some reason now, this isn't to say that everything automatically fails for you. Oh no. Then you could plan for that. This means that things just end to go awry a lot when you're involved. Maybe humorously, maybe tragically, maybe both! Things could go pear shaped and force you to think on your feet to maintain any chance of victory. Things could just go very weird and leave you with results you hadn't anticipated. For an additional +100, things will tend to go in ways you’d rather they didn’t more often than not, but not to the extent that it regularly puts you in danger.

6.) Am I reading this right that, if you take humiliation conga that the enemy would never intentionally kill you (even if that would be rather out of character for them)? That seems almost like a boon. Like an infinite one ups thing.

Humiliation Conga [+100]: Your enemies will not willfully kill you. Oh no... they want you to suffer. Some will torture you, others subject you to humiliation and or degradation... Some will prefer physical methods, others mental, still others sexual or emotional techniques... Feel free to customize what, exactly, each enemy will do to you... or just pick a single specific theme (Everyone wants to tickle you for hours would work. As would people keep crucifying you.) It has to be something generally bad. You can’t say “They’ll give me a nice meal and subject me to small talk.” For an extra +100 this is guaranteed to happen at least twice every jump. The number of captures can be doubled up to 4 times for +50 each time (4, 8, 16, 32). While you’re free to escape after being captured, you will always have to put up with at least an hour of humiliation each time you’re captured. They will find a way to abuse you somehow... they did capture you, remember? If a jump lasts longer than 10 years, the count for Humiliation Conga resets every decade. Can be taken by Companions. The guaranteed being caught does not raise your enemies power level, but rather temporarily (up to one day) renders you vulnerable to being captured (but no more likely to be killed). Being captured will put you at your enemy’s mercy for at least 6 hours.
Victim Complex [Another +100]: Your powers will initially be rendered inoperable for the first 24 hours of each capture and will slowly come back at the rate of 1% (using a ramping scale, not an absolute scale, thus even infinite power returns slowly) per hour after. Requires Humiliation Conga. Can be taken by Companions.
The Prisoner’s Dilemma [An Additional +100]: if you don’t escape by Hour 72, you fail the chain. Requires Victim Complex. Yes, being rescued counts as escaping... unless a plumber tries to rescue you. If that happens, you’re in another castle. Cannot be taken by Companions.

8.) So, am I understanding it right that, by default, you get a week in between jumps in your warehouse for whatever purposes you need?
9.) How do people normally deal with the jumper living hundreds or thousands of years? I mean, even if they suffer none of that curse of immortality stuff or physical aging (including mental degradation) you still have decades of maturation, experience, and character development that the jumper gets each jump. What stops the character from essentially being some wise old man/woman stereotype by jump 7?
10.) Does this include things that would normally bypass language like telepathy? It called it out specifically earlier in the mute drawback.

Language Block [+50]: No longer do you automatically gain a basic understanding of the local language in each jump. Instead, all you start with is a 500 word kernel of the most basic terms of the common language and you’ll have to learn the languages the hard way. No perk or power can help you learn languages faster aside from perfect memory and high intelligence perks, but they’ll only make it a bit easier. No universal translator or the like will work for you. Chain-Only, Cannot Hiatus. For 50 CP you can learn any specific language as it is spoken in that setting’s time period. Generally speaking, living languages change between 20%and 30%every century.

11.) Given most are 10+ years, any advice on determining how much to write for them per jump? Obviously can't go over the entire time, even skipping the less important stuff. Should I focus on plot-relevant stuff, or if lacking plot (like Minecraft or something), focus on one or two big events as the plots of that jump?
12.) Have anyone figured out any workaround for those perks that remove/replace the main character (hero or villain) of a setting, without deleting them from the setting or significantly changing the character? There are a number where I'd take the drawback of having to deal with the plot things without relying on them, but for most (if not all, I'd need to double-check) I'd hate to lose the character. I'm wondering if I need to just deal with it/not take that, or if there is a way to have my cake and eat it too (after all, the challenge would still be there).
13.) How do your jumpers deal with jumps where they have to have a distinctly different morality for that jump? Wouldn't that sort of mess with them psychologically, or is there some sort of cognitive dissonance there?
14.) How do return/sequel jumps work? Is it like it mentions in Quicksilver's stuff, or different?
15.) I had an idea for this jump (or really any future one), but I'm a bit worried it might be a bit overcomplicated or a better idea in theory than on paper. Basically, instead of one jumper, it's three who tried to cheese the body pod (jump seed scenario from UDS if your wondering) and ended up full Case 70ed (from worm, basically stuck together physically, like sharing the same body or alternating who can exist at the same time and who's in extradimensional limbo). Wouldn't change anything mechanically, as still effectively one person, sharing perks between (which they don't pick, Jumpchan did) them. It would mean that, even before I start picking up companions/followers, I'll have someone for them to talk to on lone jumps like Minecraft or Factorio, and would be a source of internal conflict. What do you guys thin? Good idea? Bad idea? Maybe? Depends (no better answer)? Need more info to know?
16.) Would this count things like healing for jump time progression?

The Best Worst Blessing-Curse EVAR [+100]: You, the blursee (someone blessed and cursed at the same time), have unlimited time with which to do any task thatis not a) dependent on another person, b) being done to make something tangible or a significant profit, or c) being done for self improvement. I know you’re saying... that doesn’t sound so bad. Sure. It’s great... but things like relaxing,sleeping, eating, etc. don’t count as any of those. Effectively, to progress time you’ll have to constantly be interacting with people, making stuff, or improving yourself. 24 hours a day. If people would notice you, that counts as an interaction,so you can’t use this for stealth. Indeed, hiding from someone is an interaction... but not if you’re just hiding from the world in your house or something. Like, stealthing around people is interacting with them, even if they don’t know it. Your Benefactor, pets, AIs, Companions, and any potential entities beyond the scope of the Jump’s setting don’t count as other people for the purposes of this Drawback. You cannot get around this drawback by having someone pay you for everything you do, and the more money you already have, the harder it will be to justify it as profit. Twenty hours of work to make a penny isn’t fooling anyone.

18.) Any idea why The Bay says that you need a fully crewed ship to leave it? How would that cheese things otherwise? Especially since many tech perks could automate them, reducing crew to 1 or 0.

The doors might be a problem, because they wont let you take something out unless the security system detects at least the minimum required crew for a ship. Don't go trying to fly that Star Destroyer solo there spacecowboy. Aside from that?

19.) I'm assuming you don't need a setting with FTL to use a ship that can't use FTL? Even if it is space worthy.

20.) Any idea if The Bay's points are self-contained, or if you can donate some jump/gauntlet, supplement, and/or UDS CP to boost it?
Sorry for the length (can shorten these in the future if people would prefer), and if any of these should be obvious. Thank you in advance for anyone helping to answer them.

- Everyone just accepting a new fashion something a baron's daughter bring in. How can they become trendsetters so easily? Would people just question it? These girls rank very low after all! I don't see how high-ranking aristocrats can accept someone lower than them that fast.
- Too much sword-fighting: In certain stories, noblemen have to be good at swords to become the head of the family. Also, is sword-fighting the only form of physical exercise here?! Want to be slim? Sword-fighting! Want to make yourself look interesting to powerful men? Sword-fighting!
- Spending money - male versus female: Gosh the bashing of other ladies. If women spend money like they would typically do they are evil, if men buy the entire stores for their lovers they are generous saints.
- Work: All nobles do is paperwork. What do you write so much? Don't you have meetings and inspections? They would always shut themselves inside their office and would somehow still maintain their impossibly huge political power and influence. Also, where are the assistants and counselors? I don't see how there is only that overworked aide and very funny here, a butler.
- Princes having the power to somehow exile people whenever they want. Bullying their lover when they are still in an engagement? Exiled! Accidentally connected to someone who poses a threat to their lover? Exiled! Banishment is a huge deal, and I don't think a mere prince is allowed to do that legally.
- Social events: There is a manhwa in which the FL says that balls and tea parties are "political battlefields" as noblewomen do not participate in politics. How do they fight? They humiliate the FL publicly with gossips, hide chairs so that when the FL come, she can't sit, talk shit about the FL openly in front of her, etc. Considering this is prevalent among OIs, I will include spilling wine, invite FLs to tea parties and then ignore her to make her feel lonely, etc. Gosh. These are the most overused, petty tricks ever. This is no women doing political stuff; it is just petty bullying. The only purpose of this is to then show off FLs in front of characters we will never see again. Also, this just ruins the value of tea parties and balls. Aren't they supposed to be events where people can just hang out? Even if the events are positive, they will be about FLs showing off her newest inventions or ladies praising her to the sky.
- Hunting competitions: Purpose is to show off FL/ML. The winner receives a flower to gift someone they love. They don't serve real purposes unless plot is deliberately inserted.
- No order of succession: It is always the survival of the fittest. Only purpose is to create drama. And then they will go to the point that you have to kill all your siblings to become the monarch.
- Bastard children: Illegitimate children rising to the throne, yeah yeah. They are given the same rights as the legitimate, yeah yeah. I don't dislike this one as much though.
- Wrong titles: I know this is mainly translation but still: king - your highness, non-sovereign duke - your highness, prince - your majesty, duke's daughter - princess.
- Royals losing titles: Princesses lose titles when they marry the peers, princes do it when they become of age and are already not the heir to the throne. I feel bitter about the princesses though. Princess>>>duchess/marchioness/countess/viscountess/baroness so how do they lose their title? And then it will become a plot point for the princess to lose privileges/get assassinated/lose political power etc.
- Palace: empress and their children living in separate palaces as if this is in an Asian setting. If you want to switch to the Western style then just completely cut off all Asian elements.
- Marriage: princes marrying a commonebaron's daughter and everyone just agrees?! Aren't they supposed to marry someone higher, like foreign princesses? This is the setting in which absolute monarchy rules. Monarchy wants to retain foreign relations and benefit greatly, monarchy then sets up marriages with other monarchies. Even the idea of princes marrying a duke's daughter is quite strange already; like, OI's nobility is so overrated/overvalued.
Honorable mentions:
- Evil temple: And we find out the pope is a secret human traffickeuses illegal methods to help the evil prince rise to the throne/etc. I very pray for a truly nice temple/church.
- Master of the magic tower: I always find this to be funny and unnecessary. I guess it is just me.

Hey!:) I've been trying to grow out my hair since December (I always used to have around colour bone length hair). My hair is very straight, quite thick and medium porosity, I have never coloured it, only use heat on my bangs.
I've had puffy hair (like Hermoine's in HP lol), and tried the curly hair method but soon realized that it's due to the wrong drying methods (I used to rub it in a towel, no conditioner), now it airdries flat and without any frizz.
HOWEVER, my hair at the end (around 7cm now) is completely poofy when drying out and it's really confusing me. It almost looks like someone else's hair is attached at the bottom of my 'normal' hair. I know it's not split ends, cause I get them trimmed regularly (every 4 weeks) & when touching the ends they feel similar to the hair on my scalp (you cannot 'feel' the spilt ends).
Has anyone else sealed with this before? And know what to do about it?:))

Looking for recommendations on a clarifying shampoo. I started my curly hair journey about 6 months ago. I think my hair is type 2b. Before this, I never used any products in my hair and it was a frizzy mess. Right now I'm using Bounce Curl creme and gel and just bought Curlsmith Leave In Cream, but haven't used it yet. I've seen a few posts recently about pool water and how it's removed all the build up and realizing I need that. Any help is appreciated!

Decarboxylation is a very important step in the process of making a cannabis concentrate. In short and blunt lamens terms decarboxylation is heating of cannabis to activate the appropriate cannabinoids. Heat and cold are the Extraction Technicians best friend, when controlled for. THCa is the naturally occurring form of THC exsisting in raw cannabis form where as THC is not present in raw cannabis. THCa is tetrahydracannabinolic acid, THC being the former word less acid, Tetrahydracannabinol.
The most important reason behind decarbing is the activation of the acid groups of compounds into their psychotropic active forms. While there are medicinal and therapeutic benefits to THCa and other Acid forms of cannabinoids, they are not therapeutic via combustion and can only be used to induce immediate medicinal therpaeutic effect in transdermal absorption, edibles, rso, tinctures etc. Though extended lomg term benefits of THCa have been suggested by studies. THCa is not psychotropic however. Very few psychoactive psychotropic benefits can be experienced from raw cannabis flower prior to decarboxylation.
Decaroxylation is one of the most important steps in cannabis concentrate processing, but is a part of cannabis use regarldess of How it is used. Decarboxylation is the addition of heat to raw cannabis or cannabis flower that has been curred. This torches the cannabis flower and upon reaching its flash point around 315° F approximately, the THCa loose a single carbon atom Carboxyl group 👉 (-COOH) while holding onto a hydrogen atom.
The atomic make up of THCa is 4 Oxygen, 30 Hydrodgen, and 22 Carbon atoms. We can see that decarbing causes the loss of 2 Oxygen atoms, 1 hydrogen, and 1 carbon atom. This is known as carbon dioxide, 1 carbon, di-2 oxide 1 hydrogen atom. Removal of said carboxyl group causes an approximately 12% reduction in THCa and converts to active THC.
This process can happen as I mentioned from combustion of plant material reaching the flash point of THC at approximately 320°F. It can also take place in a much more delicate manner whereby the THCa is converted to THC for use in products which will not undergo combustion. These are your edibles, tinctures, Rick Simpson Oil, topicals etc. These require that the THCa be ran through a decarboxylation process via lab techniques. However, the consumed compound in edibles and RSO is THC.
THCa does not bind to the receptors which are the main parts activating the endocannabinoid system, aka ECS. The ECS is a largely not understood homeostatic process involving the peropheral and nervous systems. THCa has a shape and size that prevents it from binding to CB1 or CB2 receptors. THC however has the key to both receptors.

There is not much study that has been conducted on THCa, largely thanks to the little amount of study done on cannabis. Meaning that which has been done has been on the seemingly most pertinent parts of the plant to understand given its possible recreational and inherent medicnal stance in the western World.

THCa is quite interesting in that studies have shown it to be directly beneficial to the reduction of pain by causing inhibition of COX-1 and Cox-2 enzymes. Both of said enzymes have potential to increase inflimation, pain, & fever. The interesting thing is the usefulness I have heard family and friends speak to, that being the application of topicals. I always wondered how in the world a topical would be beneficial for someone like my aunt, who smoke upwards of an ounce a week and uses pens and dabs. She finds the anti inflammirory and pain relieving properties of topical absorption of THCa extremely beneficial. She suffers a multitude of issues traditionally thought of to be treated by cannabis like gastroporesis, fibromyalgia, and inflimation associated pain.
The medicinal and recreational benefits of THC vs THCa differ darastically. THCa is not psychotropic, or as I often refer to it as psychoactively psychedelic. But has a multitude of medicnal applications through topical transdermal absorption, juicing of cannabis leaves, plant, and flower, rso, and other edibles.
THCa treats neurodegenrative diseases such as alzheimers disease, interesting given that CBD quells seizure activity in certain nerodivergent disorders. THCa is also anit spasmodic, meaning it stops muscele shaking in diseases like Parkinson disease. It also somewhat counterintuitive as an anti proliferative, considering the proliferative nature of sesquiterpenes. Said Anit proliferative attributes making it beneficial in prevention of prostate cancers.
THCa is also anti emetic to treat nausea vomiting etc and induce apetite & aid reduction in nausea. It is also analgesic in nature which means it is a pain killer. Finally like most compounds in cannabis THCa is an antioxidant that protects one from and reverses the damage caused by free radicals.
THC in addition to the plethora of medicinal applications of THCa, we have the medicinal viability of THC. Again none of this is accepted by the FDA and much comes from studies of cannabis from around the world as US peer reviewed research wasn't allowed in the US untill 2022. Atleast NOT RESEARCH without FDA manipulation forcing researchers to use cannabis from the University of Mississippi grown by government contractors to ensure low quality cannabis and sub par quality. This was the product available for study by peer reviewed researchers, ensuring FDAs plausible deniablilty while simultaneously actively controlling ability to produce results other than null. This backing down by the FDA is why we see so many synthetic cannabinoids hitting the market now. We're actually able to study the cannabis actually being used, though the restrictions are still a bit uncalled for.
The benefits of THC actually do differ from THCa. I didn't know this for the longest time. I always thought that THC was simply decarboxylIzed THCa. THC can assist with the treatment of opioid addiction, ya know, the way addicts who've suffered from the disease for years have suggested that the plant helps. For decades individuals on methadone maintainence treatment or another form of medicated assisted Treatment, aka MAT like suboxone, subtuex, or sublicaid which are all partial opioid agonists, save methadone as it is a full agonist. The Marijuana is said to dissuade the desire for reward seeking by allowing a less intense non addictive reward to Be given to the brain via THC.

THC has also been shown to have a strong Correlation to increased Metabolic output, which has a multitude of health benefits that most certainly don't abIDE by THE social niceties of todayS society. Cannabis use can produce THC benefit can lessen possibility of diet related obesity. The THC has actually been shown to be correlated with decrease in Body Mass Index as outdated as the BMI is said to be in modern culture. In addition THC has been correlated to A decrease in likliehood of diet associated diabetes.
THC also exhibits the characteristic of encouraging Vasodialation which is how the pressure in the eyes is releived for Glaucoma patients. What is interesting and leads to deep sometimes heated discussion is that THC is also anxiolytic. Obviously heated given the intensification of THC via myrcene in a sativa lacking beta or trans caryophyllene. THCa is shown in studies in 2017 to be a more effective anti inflammitory than CBD when treating certain gastrointestinal disorders, specifically Irritable bowel syndrome, chrons disease, and ulcerative colitis.
So what does it mean when you see a small amount of THC in the product but higher levels of THCa? That ofcourse is a traditional confirmation of analysis.

First, it is very possible that the confirmation of analysis testing if using gas Chrometography that the THC may be underestimated, making for a more potent product than labeled....though these differences would be so Minute they likely wouldn't be noted by a person using the product. Maybe someone sensitive to THC.

Ever notice how there is typically some level of THC usually below 1% while your THCa tests around 79% or 78%. When testing cannabis products, when using Gas Chrometography the amount of THCa that converts to THC is 70%, but the THCa is not measurable using this method due to the temperature decearboxylizing the THCa to its psychotropic form.
Gas Chrometography combusts the material into a gassesous form and runs this gas through filtration which is able to measure the compound levels. I Showed below a picture diagram showing these systems. Because this is the "decarbed" product meaning heat was applied to convert the tetrahydracannabinolic acid. The THC is all that can be measured using this approach, not the THCa and only 70% of THCa is converted in this process. However knowing that 70% of THCa converts to THC we can sus out the levels of both using this approach.
It is impossible to know what that initial amount of THCa was of which 70% gets converted. Cannabis confirmation of analysis testing is very complex and has many seeming double negatives and odd measuremnet standards. One of these as a good example is less than the limit of quantitation. This means that the compound is present but can't be measured in accurate levels.
Liquid chrometography is a secondary method used to produce the confirmation of analysis you find on most states cannabis Product, atleast for the medicinal cannabis products in my state. Liquid chrometography takes advantage of a universal formula used to determine the amount of THCa that gets converted to THC.
The Universal Mathematical formula is as follows.
THC TOTAL= (%THCa) X 0.877 + (%THC)
If we remember looking back, approximately 12% of THCa is lost in the extraction process, during decarboxylation. That approximates at 0.877 which is equivalent to 87.7%. 87.8 + 12 leaves 99.8%. I am not exactly certain about the .2% leftover. I will update when i do learn ablut this fact. When the carboxyl group is removed and hydrogen atom preserved a 12% reduction occurs in THCa and other active cannabinoids, those exsisiting as an acid naturally like CBGa are converted as well.
This is how the ACTUAL levels are measured in order to understand the real potnecy of the product your using. THCa for example require a temperature exposure of 220° F for 30-45 mins before decarbing begins. The key for some decarbing processes is to manipulate atmospheric pressures to lower the boiling points and flash points of cannabinoid temperatures in order to ensure the partial flashing over (that is decarbing) takes place but doesn't degrade the product. Control of atmospheric pressure is necessary so that terpenes are not evaporated as some terpnenes begin to flash over at right around 100°F. A rotovap is one way this is done for which there is a diagram below as well, showing the liquid bath and erlyn myer flask (flask with bulbous bottom). Or in a VTA wipe decarboxylationprocess. .
THCa decarbs at approximately 220° F and CBDa decarbs at approximately 245°F, exposure time being approximately 90 minutes. To keep terpenes from evaporating it is necessary to extend the length of time one runs decarbozylation process in order to lower the temperature. A chart exsists to show heat vs time and the relative output thereof i included below. According to my research the optimal temperature for THCa decarboxylation is between 252° & 293°F.
If you plan to exsist on the Recreational market as a processor of cannabis or as an individual processing your own cannabis, decarboxylation is absolutely necessary to compete with big indisytry and make cannabis product containing desired terpenes.

 While decarbing can be done ignoring the evaporation of terpenes, which is why there is the issue of adding terpenes in some processing it is best to try to keep these terps especially if competing In a state where medicinal multi million dollar industry is operating.

I think Blizzard should have waited for nerfs more than a day after early access, especially with the fact that the game is focused on making you weak with every level up and none of unless you are unlocking a skill your skill points don't seem to matter anyway, I dont seem to understand why they are trying to make the game a slog to play through, this isn't slow and methodical from what i've been through is just run like a girl and wait for 15 seconds so you can kill a pack of 4 normal. Idk I guess this isn't an ARPG because its the only one I've played where leveling up makes the game harder and sadly its so dissatisfying. But please prove me wrong with how awesome the grinding through the world is and how satisfying the laggy combat feels.

Hello, this is my first post here, I've searched on Google many times with different methods but here's what I remember..
It was a pirated movie (lol), I kinda recall it being about a virtual world or something like that? IIRC it was an Asian movie or at least there were asian actors in it, there was a dude who was like a bountyhunter or bodyguard but acted like the antihero in the movie, this dude had long or slightly long straight hair, a trench coat (maybe it was red) and guns, I think there was a scene where he died, a flipping car, action movie stuff and I think the protagonist was an asian dude looking for a girl who was kidnapped but I'm not sure about that last part, I watched the movie with Spanish (from Spain) dub and the bountyhunter even said something like "Que te quede claro hijo de puta" after killing someone or flipping the car and... that's pretty much what I recall.
I mentioned it was a pirated movie because maybe it was an amateur film, who knows, pirated movies here in México can be altered in weird ways lol.

Okay so I'll just explain a little first. So I (M18, straight, from Australia) downloaded tinder because I am quite lonely. Nothing out of the ordinary there. I made a bio, put about 5 photos up there which I think are pretty good, I'd rate myself about a 5 or a 6 looks wise but I chose my best photos of myself plus a few that show things about me (a hiking one, my cats, also a photo of my group of friends at the coast). I put some jokes in there which I don't think are particularly funny but add a little bit of personality (I said I'm a long-suffering Arsenal fan, which is especially true atm 😢, and I have bright red curly hair so I said I'm easy to spot in crowds). I added a fair lot of information under that (not in the bio just in the things you can select), but basically as much as I felt was necessary to share. I also put my preference as long term but open to short (I'm not sure I'd really be that open to short but I figured I should just leave it as an option).
I bought tinder platinum for 1 week (it's way too pricy so I'm only keeping it that long) so I could see what likes I got and could get priority likes and so on. I swiped left on about 15 or so girls, all of whom I'd be open to dating, and I literally ran out of people in my city (probably looked through <1000 people, the city I live in has 400k people) so I know I'm not swiping left too much like I was told not to (in fact all the advice I've seen online I've followed, not so much that I feel I lose personality but enough that I can boost my chances).
Here's the problem though: I've gotten no likes (and therefore no matches) since I made my account 4 days ago. It's gotten me understandably feeling pretty bad, especially since I have done basically everything I can to make sure I can get likes. But no one is swiping left.
What I wanna know is, is this common? Am I going to get likes and matches soon? Do I need to pay for a long time? Considering I liked a fair few people and none of these people were looking to just hook up so I know there are people out there who want the same kinda thing as me. Is there any hope here?
Also, I know tinder has a reputation as a hookup app, I get that. But I know there are people who aren't just using it to hookup (my brother met his fiance on tinder for instance), so surely there'd be some people by now? I'm a bit hesitant about using other apps because I'm not sure it makes sense for me to be on apps like Bumble and Hinge as an 18 year old, so that's why I haven't tried those. If tinder really is a hookup app to that strong of an extent then I will move on to somewhere else, but I feel like this isn't all just the apps fault.
